In the immediate vicinity we have Drammensbadet, Drammen museum, Marienlyst Stadium, Drammenshallen, track and field equipment Marienlyst, Danvik fhs, grocery stores and pharmacies. Walking distance to the city center, Union Scene, restaurants, cinema, theatre, bowling, mini golf etc. Good hiking opportunities with light trails, good trail net and Blektjern swimming area, or Spiralen on the Bragerness side. Oslo is approx. 30 min by train or car

Velkommen til en romslig enebolig i rolige omgivelser midt mellom Drammen og Oslo. Her har du alt du trenger for avslappende sommerdager. I hagen kan du ta frem grillen eller lese en bok uten forstyrrelser. Til vanlig bor det to barn på seks og åtte år her, så det er leker tilgjengelig dersom det skulle være interessant. Utenfor døra går det ofte busser til både Drammen og Asker med alle slags fasiliteter, Drammensbadet og flotte turmuligheter i skog og mark. Vi har en katt med egen katteluke.

Minibar med forfriskninger og snacks mot betaling. Grillplass. I ukedagene kan noe støy forekomme kl 9-15 fra nærliggende skole. Ellers stille og rolig. Velkommen!

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
