A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!!

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small but at the same time, spacious apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, you need a car to get to the sea. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

She has always been available to requests and has always provided useful suggestions. We had a wonderful beach vacation thanks to this house. Located on the ground floor, the house was cozy and equipped with a large garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. Inside, the house is exactly as pictured, perfectly suitable for four people, with all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, a short walk from the sea, which allowed us to fully enjoy days at the beach without having to worry about transportation. A big plus was the free parking right in front of the house, which was extremely convenient. Check-in was super easy and seamless. The host, Dario, was exceptional: always available and ready to answer our questions. She is truly an extraordinary person who has made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and carefree vacation by the sea.

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

This place was super cute…. Perfect for the few days we were in Pisa. Close to everything you need. I would especially recommend the restaurant across the road if you want to stay in but don’t want to cook.

We had a great time in this beautiful area. Lucia is a very welcoming, caring and interactive host. Her apartment was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. In addition, small touches were left there (water bottles, breakfast, ...). The accommodation on the heights of La Spezia allowed you to have a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. However, to get there, you have to cross 150 steps. Knowing so much for people with mobility difficulties. Luckily, Lucia picks up vacationers near the station to ride the luggage by car. This one is located not far from the apartment (5-10 min. walk) and makes it easy to reach the Cinque Terre and other cities.

Really cute home. Close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved it.
