Very nice little house full of charm, tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is bathed in light. We immediately feel good, very peaceful. The garden surrounded by walls is home to wind.

We spent the Christmas holidays at David's house with our dog. The house is very nice, as per the photos and listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, the spaces well maintained and tastefully furnished. Large fully fenced garden, perfect for our 4-legged friend. The house is in a beautiful and very quiet area, the sea with its magnificent dunes can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The area is perfect for nice walks with the dog. David is a very nice and helpful host, check-in and check-out carried out smoothly and with flexibility on his part. He responded to all our requests quickly and effectively. We can only recommend the destination to everyone.

We had a great time with the family. Impeccable house, everything you need for young children (games, books, cutlery, high chair, bathtub and small bike). Closed courtyard + garden. The children loved taking care of the rabbits and fetching the eggs from the henhouse every morning. Thank you to the owner for the breakfast served every morning and for the welcome pancakes! Flexible host on schedules. We'll be back!

Frankly it's a nice place, very quiet and relaxing, the house is very well equipped and very nice, Fabrice and Fabienne are very responsive to calls, super nice and very pleasant, in addition dogs are accepted, it's great, my dog really enjoyed it, he loved the little walks on the path, we slept very well and especially woke up by the little birds, it's great to say that you can go there with your eyes closed, it's a very nice cottage, it's clear that we will come back next year or even before!

Very well-equipped, quiet, comfortable and very clean accommodation. We were 2 couples of friends and we spent 15 excellent days. In addition, the location allows access to many tourist sites. Thanks again for the garden vegetables.

Lovely little house full of charm and authenticity, located in a peaceful environment full of history. We found everything we needed in the cottage to have a perfect stay. The check-in was done independently and the directions given by Nathan a few days before us were very useful. We were greeted by chance by a neighbor who is very friendly. The garden is not fully fenced, but this did not pose a problem with our dogs. We regularly had a visit from a neighbor's dog, who was very curious and kind.

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

An apartment where we would have liked to stay longer. It feels good, a bit like home. A decoration where each object made us travel, a functional apartment where everything is thought out so that you have a pleasant stay. A bright apartment, a view where the sea is present in all 4 corners of the apartment. We never tire of contemplating these little colorful roofs with the sea in the background. To get there, you just have to cross the road. In short, a place where you feel good and can recharge your batteries.

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s very bright and clean, well equipped and so close to the beach. Sylvie and Christian are outstanding hosts and we felt right at home. Gouville-sur-Mer is a peaceful village and a perfect location from which to explore Normandy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was flawlessly cleaned and really comfortable. The bathroom shower is particularly great and we enjoyed the view of town from the balcony and the farms out the back window. The place made for a great home base while we explored some of the surrounding area in Normandy. Would recommend!

Clean, functional and decorated apartment with taste. The bedding is very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are easy to use. The location is ideally located between proximity to the center and sheltered from the noise of cars. Jim and Mathilde were very responsive and caring, whether before, during or after the stay. Ideal for discovering the city and its surroundings, I recommend it!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

A recommended accommodation 😊 Antoine welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt very comfortable right away The room had a beautiful view of the water and Saint Malo and also included the kitchen. The bed was also the sofa, which was pulled out to sleep. The bathroom was also very nice. A small adjoining room served as a storage room for luggage, etc. The whole accommodation is tastefully decorated and we liked it very much! 👌 We'd love to come back!
