Ceyda Hanım ve Gökmen Bey Bey bir işletmeciden kesinlikle daha fazlası. Ev zaten çok güzel onunla ilgili hiçbir problem yok. Her odası, her köşesi fotoğraflık :) Gökmen Bey biz daha düşünmeden Ayvalık ve çevresiyle ilgili bütün ipuçlarını bizimle paylaştı. Kendisine ayrıca çok teşekkür ederim.

Casa amplia y muy cómoda. La comunicación con Nurgun fue excelente, siempre respondió con rapidez mis mensajes y me dio muchos consejos para mi estadía en Ayvalik. Hermoso barrio, a dos cuadras del mar y entre calles llenas de encanto, restaurantes y tiendas de souvenirs. Definitivamente volvería.

We stayed here last year and again this year at the same time. My family, our dog, and I truly love this house. It’s peaceful, quiet, spacious… it feels like home. The house was spotless, and we had no issues with our early check-in. Once again, we had a very comfortable stay. You can park your car in the side street; since it wasn’t a very busy period, we had no trouble finding a spot. We highly recommend this place for families looking to stay in the Petra area. Many thanks to the hosts!

Ο χώρος είναι το ισόγειο διαμέρισμα σε ένα παλιό αρχοντικό στο κέντρο της πόλης της Μυτιλήνης. Το αρχοντικό είναι χτισμένο στις αρχές του περασμένου αιώνα από πλούσιους εμπόρους με καταγωγή από την Ιταλία. Περιβάλλεται από έναν κήπο ενός στρέμματος περίπου. Mikos - Mansion in the city center

Our traditional Greek stone built mansion is right in the center of Mytilene, just 30 meters from the port. Warm in winter and cool in summer, the mansion has five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another toilet room. AC is available in two rooms, the others are cooled by fans. We have a solar water heater, living room with fireplace and satellite tv, courtyard, very good wifi.
