Amazing appartment with everything you need . Parking space may be a little tricky to enter with big car, but for small one is good. Ideal location to explore area by car. Very nice Loches market twice a week 3 min from home. This was a perfect vication. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous weekend in Tours, with incredible, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated accommodation! The location is ideal, the apartment is quiet, perfectly isolated and easy to access! While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade terminal has its little effect for retro-gaming enthusiasts. The bedding is good and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.
