Grand Loft familial

Aux portes de Paris , c'est un grand loft familial de 135M2 avec son immense terrasse qui vous attend aux Lilas. A seulement 20 mn en métro de Chatelet et Notre Dame grâce à la ligne 11 du métro, vous pourrez profiter de ce grand espace , avec un séjour au volume impressionnant , baigné de lumière . Il ya un grand espace pour la cuisine qui est très bien équipée. 3 grandes chambres spacieuses avec un accès très facile aux 2 salles de bains . 3 WC et beaucoup de rangements . Hyper calme.

Situé au pied du métro mairie des lilas ligne 11 et à 10 mins du centre de paris je propose ce joli Studio de type F1 dans lequel je vis quand je suis à Paris avec petite cuisine aménagée tv wifi plaque vitroceramique lave linge micro onde . Petite salle de bain séparée. Décoration moderne. Idéal pour visiter Paris ou profiter de la ville seul ou en couple. Petit canapé lit 2 places . A noter que la fenêtre de la cuisine vient d etre changée et est en double vitrage . Vue sur le parc.

Nice loft in a village-style neighborhood

We live in the eastern part of Paris, a quiet neighborhood, village-style les lilas, on the métro line 11 (10 minutes metro to Le Marais, 12 minutes to Châtelet-Les Halles). Our flat is a loft in a former printing factory, very cosy, with a lot of light (huge bay window, numerous roof windows and a glass door) and exposed beams and redesigned by Federico who is an architect ! The flat can host up to 5 people, there are 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine which can be also used as a bedroom.

A very spacious, comfortable, refurbished loft, with the best amenities (equipped kitchen, home cinema, stereo, fiber optic internet, etc.) located in Les Lilas, 50 meters from the Serge Gainsbourg station (Line 11) which serves Belleville, République and Châtelet. Appartement de deux pièces au 1er étage dans un coin très calme, se trouvant aux portes de Paris (seulement une station de métro de Paris). Aucun bruit. The place was very homely, spotless and quirky. Beautiful and very comfortable. The Yves and Alain was extremely helpful and was always available on call or message when we had any doubts. They even gave us a map with nearby restaurants suggestions and they were all very good and budget friendly. Totally satisfied by the booking

We would like to thank our hosts for a wonderful stay in Paris, beautiful city, friendly people and of course the accommodation was great. Its location close to a metro made it easy to navigate to the various parts of the city for the Olympic events we were going to. The area the accommodation is located is in a residential area outside the city centre, which was quiet, with a restaurant which served the most wonderful food. There is also a small general store for any food shopping, and an amazing bakery. Our hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly to any questions we had. Very fast WiFi and washing machine was useful as we were travelling light. Really enjoyed our stay, and thank you so much.

We couldn’t be happier with Dorothee’s place! If you need a larger space at a reasons price - stop looking. We visited Paris as a large family (5 adults and 3 kids under age of 4) and Dorothee was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. She provided us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The place is fantastic for large groups and especially kids. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s very close to a metro station an it takes anywhere between 20-50 min to get to other parts of Paris (tourist areas). We only wish there was a simple guide for the house (with codes, trash handling manual, etc), a neighbourhood guide (it took us a while to find the best grocery and bakery) and a better vacuum head for carpets (kids… haha). But these are just small things. We’d definitely come back. Fantastic place. Side note - keep in mind there are stairs that might be tricky for elderly and little ones who need supervision while using them.
