This apartment is a little gem. A view of the lake, no neighbors and very quiet. Just birds chirping. Tastefully furnished, very clean and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The proximity to the lake allows for beautiful walks. We'll keep the address and won't hesitate to recommend it. The brochure prepared for our arrival is very practical. To be booked without a second thought.

We spent 6 peaceful days at Ludovic's. Quiet and beautiful setting. Ludovic was very responsive, very easy access, facilitated by his availability. Very clean and very well-equipped apartment. We will come back without hesitation. I can only recommend it.

Julien informs you in a timely manner regarding the necessary information for your arrival, responds quickly to your questions and is very respectable in his communication. The apartment is spacious and surprisingly quiet, while staying in the middle of the city. When there is no parking space left in front of the apartment (blue zone with parking disc) there is always a place at Rue du Parc; either along the road or the gravel parking lot.

The accommodation is perfect, stylish, tastefully furnished, modern, functional and very well equipped. The lake view from the terrace is splendid. The accommodation was ideally located for us to explore the surroundings: Fort Saint Antoine, Mont d 'Or massif, Switzerland, Saut du Doubs. We had some very nice walks on the lake side. We had a wonderful week in Vincent's beautiful duplex apartment: very well decorated, equipped, spacious, with a superb view of Lake Saint-Point. The location is perfect, shops and restaurants are nearby. The area is very beautiful. We were able to enjoy the snow and ski resorts that are very close. Thanks also to Vincent for hosting us and for his availability. Everything was perfect!

The accommodation is beautiful it was a pleasure to have a pleasant stay in the area with our children. There are many things to do in the area. The house was well equipped. The view is superb and the possibility of going into the field right in front of the house delighted our children. Thanks to the owners for their responsiveness.
