Our duplex apartment is situated in Grand Tetras apartment building on the third floor providing wonderful views from the balcony of the Giffre valley and mountains. Centrally located in Morillon 1100, part of Grand Massif, with a 4 person chairlift just 20 metres and the new (in 2023) fast 6 person chairlift just 70 metres, with skiing back to the apartment building. Within a max 100 metres from Grand Tetras you will find a tabac store, bars, restaurants, a boulangerie and ski rental shops.

Wonderful, well-equipped apartment located at Morillon 1100m, which has a small Alpine-Village atmosphere. Gorgeous mountain views and overlooks the Piou Piou area so parents can drop off small children with ease and watch them from the balcony. The apartment is also near to the ESF office and a 6 person chair (Sairon) taking you up to 1780mtr in 9 minutes. From there, the whole Grand Massif ski resort is easily accessible including Flaine (one of the most snow-sure resorts in the department).

Résidence Hauts des Esserts Confortable appartement de 31m2, au premier étage, idéal 5 personnes. Charmant et fonctionnel, il est très bien équipé, vous ne manquerez de rien pour un excellent séjour. Pieds des télésièges, vous serez au cœur de la station Morillon Les Esserts. Vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon. Laissez-vous séduire par l’ambiance douillette et montagnarde de l'appartement avec ses deux chambres (une fermée par un rideau) et ses nombreux rangements.

Appartement T2 au pied des pistes de ski: très lumineux et refait à neuf été 2021 : entrée avec coin montagne, cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, chambre séparée, salon/salle à manger, balcon (2 chaises+ 1 table basse +2 chaises longues) exposition sud-est avec vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. Casier à skis. 3 luges. Lit parapluie. Appareil à raclette, crêpière. Jeux. Draps et serviettes non inclus. L appartement doit être rendu propre (aspirateur et produits sur place).

Très bien équipé : lave vaisselle / four / frigo / congélateur / nespresso… 4 personnes maximum. Non fumeur / animaux interdits 🚫 Pas de WIFI Linge de maison non fourni (draps / serviettes / torchons) Pas de frais de ménage donc le logement doit être laissé dans un état de propreté irréprochable (photos à prendre à l’entrée et à la sortie).

We had a great stay at Emilie’s apartment. The place is very nice & cosy and is well equipped. It’s very well located near the slopes and we only needed the car to go to a bigger grocery shop, everything else was within walking distance. Emilie was super friendly and pro-active, even managing to sort out a car seat for one of the kids. The ski area is awesome and we had a lot of fun with our friends.

A great place to stay in the mountains, everything is literally on your doorstep. The slopes, bakery, restaurants and the pop up shop which has all the essentials are all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment is very well equipped but could benefit from some window coverings on the side windows. We had a great weekend and I would happily stay here again.

Un séjour inoubliable. Anthony était patient et à l'écoute, il était disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L'appartement etait propre, rangé et bien équipé pour accueillir une famille de 5 personnes. Un appartement cosy au calme et à proximité de plusieurs activités en nature.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Spielsachen gefreut. Alles war sauber und es gibt auch genug Platz für eine grössere Gruppe. Die Lage ist super. Restaurants und Skilifte sind zu Fuss ca. 5 Min. entfernt. Praktisch sind auch die vielen Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
