The accommodation is conveniently located 5 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, 30 minutes from Lake Annecy. Quiet, in the heart of the Aravis mountain range, come and enjoy the great outdoors of the mountain and the many possible activities (Skiing, hiking,...). Located on the heights, 1.5 km from the center of the village (bus stop), a car is essential to enjoy the region during your stay.

Henry drove 2.5 hours just to welcome us. Very friendly and warm welcome. The chalet is a real little corner of paradise. It is very well arranged, the shower is large, the view is breathtaking. Departure for many hikes. Suggested for the city of La Clusaz: a small bread depot for croissants in the morning on the heights of the confines would be great. Everything was perfect. We loved it.

Sehr Schön! We loved our stay. Such a great location. Easy drive into Annecy or stay and walk around La Clusaz. Gold mine for literature; children's books, automotive manuals and magazines and ski magazines. So much to read and look at. Gorgeous views and the neighbors were very nice as well.

Very charming, convenient and functional accommodation with recent amenities. Plenty of storage to empty your emptying, ski room at the foot of the building. Ideally located in the very quiet area of La Balme, literally a 2-minute walk from the lifts. Parking spaces easily available in front of the building. Very responsive and pleasant host, I highly recommend.

We had a great time and are much more in Marie-Laure's place. The location, at the foot of the Nordic estate, is ideal and we were quiet. The accommodation was functional, clean and very well equipped, we felt very good there. Marie-Laure was very welcoming and helpful, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie and Nicolas’ wonderful studio. The place is modern, clean and well-equipped, with a fantastic terrace and wonderful view. Nicolas gave us excellent recommendations for hikes in the area, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend.
