Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vaios’s and would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in the Leptokarya! Vaios and Maria were both incredibly responsive and we were so grateful for their flexibility with check in and check out times. Apartment was spacious and spotless and really felt homey. The only thing we noticed was a shortage of some kitchen utensils but nothing we couldn’t work around. When mentioned to Vaios he offered immediately to fix it which was more than appreciated.

superbe logement avec une magnifique vue on a était accueilli vraiment chaleureusement l'endroit et parfait avec un petit centre ville a quelques mètres . juste peut être a revoir la douche un peu petite et mettre une porte a la place du rideau mais hors mis cela ...c'était parfait on reviendra dans hésité

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

It's a wonderful place:calm,clean,comfortable and beautifully situated in a garden. The apartment is large and it has all conveniences that someone needs to feel like home. There's a large terrace with extremely comfortable furniture. It' so nice to have your morning coffee surrounded by flowers. There's a conditioner and it works very well. The house is near the center and some shops:a café, a bakery, small supermarket and some restaurants. The beach is very near /5-7 minutes walk/ and is very wide. There are no crowds and the water is warm and clear It's a sandy beach. The sea is not deep, so it's perfect for families with small children. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. They try to help us in every way. Even at arrival we couldn't find the place but Aristidis and Mrs Katerina tried to help in every way. Mrs Katerina came to pick us to the place. We are thankful to them for making our stay a real pleasure!

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Powyżej oczekiwań! Makrygialos to rajskie miejsce letniskowe gdzie nie spotkasz zbyt wielu turystów ale Greków uciekających przed skwarem z dużych miast. Spokojnie można spędzić tam czas korzystając z pieknych okolicznych plaż ale wystraczy samochód i Dion i Litochoro są tuż za rogiem. Dom jest duży, czysty, klimatyzowany, ogród jest gościnny i zadbany z basenem w którym można ochłodzić. Z balkonu widać zatokę Termajską, a w pogodny dzień także Półwysep Chalckydycki. Gospodarze ugoszczą Cię jak rodzina albo przyjaciele ale bez nachalności i zakłócania prywatności. Doradzą gdzie zjeść i gdzie warto się wybrać - spędzają tam wakacje od dziecka i wiedzą najlapiej. Kiedy się z nimi zaprzyjaźnisz poczęstują cię lokalnymi przysmakami i warzywami z ogrodu. Nigdzie nie doświadczysz bardziej tego czym jest Grecja niż tu!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

Die schönste Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren und perfekt für Familien. Traumhafter Garten, unglaublicher Ausblick - ein privater Strand und alles was man benötigt von Küchenutensilien bis Schwimmsachen für die Kinder. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Kühlschrank mit Lebensmittel für Supermarktpreise. Immer ein Ansprechpartner, schnelle Antworten. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr erzählen und schwärmen. Ein Stückchen Erde, dass es so kaum noch gibt! Ein wahres Juwel mit dem Duft von Jasmin und wundervollen Pflanzen im Mai. Besser als die Bilder. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis Bald!

What a gem of a place - perfect for what we needed, somewhere peaceful right by the beach with our own private pool. My four-year-old daughter absolutely loved this place and so did we, everything was clean tidy and the beds were comfortable. There’s a lovely little Greek restaurant just around the corner we ate there three times during our stay . Hopefully we can come to visit again soon and thank you for being such a great host.

es war alles wunderbar! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das kleine bambusnest war eine wirklich liebevoll. eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

wonderful location, metres away from the beach. easy to go for a swim anytime of the day. the beach is with stones, but very clean, we saw plenty of sea urchins and fishes. the flat was clean and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lina was very thoughtful and left things like salt, pepper, oil for us to use which is great when on holiday and you want to make a quick salad 🤗 we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Lina for hosting us.

Прекрасное месторасположение , есть парковочные места. Пляж , кафе, рестораны в несколькольких минутах ходьбы , при этом место немного в стороне от всех заведений и за счет этого отсутствует шум.

Wonderful place to spent holidays! Penelope, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The mansion we stayed at, was lovely and spacious. Every room had balconies and the terrace was in front of the sea. We had the best time and will reccommend this place to our friends!

Very nice and clean apartment. The water pressure in the bathroom is amazing. Beautiful view of the sea.

Very very nice and hardworking host that is always eager to please guests and accommodate their needs and wants with all he has. apartment is not far from beach, really close to shops and bakeries, meat markets on a wide street. Parking is available on street right in front of the appartement building. We had good neighbours (quiet) :)) Good value for money. Thanks for the chilled wine and water when we arrived( we don't drink alcohol but the thought was appreciated) and also when we left thank you for the gifts! We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

10 av 10! Bra läge, gång avstånd till allt. Nära stranden. Boendet är modernt och allt är nytt. Men det bästa är värden Alexandra! Boendet är hennes eget så hon tar väldigt väl hand om det. Vi har aldrig bott i ett lika väl städat boende som hennes. Till och med fönstren var så rena att vi många gånger trodde att de var öppna. Alexandra välkomnande oss redan på stationen. Hon hade skaffat färska frukter och lite vin som väntade på oss i boendet. Sen råkade jag bli sjuk under resan. Alexandra ringde och bokade mig en läkartid på en gång. 🙏 Vi kommer säkert tillbaka en annan gång!
