Ovil was really accommodating and just outright amazing host.

We had an unforgettable experience celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday at Alexander's place. the 3 spacious rooms were cozy and well maintained providing plenty of comfort for everyone. The videoke room was a hit with our guests adding so much fun to the celebration. The overall ambiance made the event more special and we could not have asked for a better venue. We are also delightful that pir request to transfer the booking from Xanders 3 to Xanders 1 was granted. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasion.

This place was amazing. Me and my family felt at home and at peace, from the furnitures to the ambiance, everything was perfect. It was really serene and we were able to relax. We were also able to enjoy the beauties of Gubat and Irosin while checked in Baia, pros of it being close to places we wanted to go to and having a good parking space for the cars we brought. I absolutely recommend this place and if given the chance to go back, I would most definitely stay here again.

First time booking a place for our group and I must say that this is a good place for having our reunion. The host is responsive and quick to answer queries. The place is not that far as you can even commute to reach it. The place was clean, and has utensils, fridge, water dispenser and even lots of tissue for all of us. The pool was also clean. You can even sing your heart out because you can do videoke. All we needed was there. I love their rooms and bathrooms. they have a heater and rooms are clean enough pillows and blankets. They also have wifi! overall, 10/10 would stay at Kakushi Private Villa again. thank you for letting us stay in your place 😊

Great place to stay with a nice view of the volcano. The host was very helpful and attentive, She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Ac and WiFi worked as it should. Pool was clean and cool. I will return on a future trip.

Our stay at Ramjs Guesthouse was the best Airbnb experience we've had! The house is spotless, spacious, and fully equipped, perfect for families. It’s close to major tourist spots like Cagsawa Ruins and Mayon Volcano, and essential places like drugstores, ATMs, and restaurants are within walking distance or a short tricycle ride. We appreciated how budget-friendly it was since we didn’t have to travel far for anything. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even letting us stay a few extra hours due to our late flight. His mom was also warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The tricycle drivers in the area were honest and helpful too. Everything about our stay felt easy, comfortable, and memorable. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Our 3-night stay at Rey's place was super delight, perfect for celebrating my post-birthday and our 10-year anniversary. It was also heartfelt that Daisy, our dog, could join us. Rey was an exceptional host – super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and genuinely friendly. The house was SOOOO clean and organized, with no clutter, making it feel instantly inviting. Getting in and out was straightforward and hassle-free. A personal highlight was being able to use the top load washing machine; as someone who loves fresh laundry, that was a truly appreciated perk. The quiet nights and soft mattresses were a dream for this light sleeper like us, and the AC in both rooms was cold and quiet. It felt like a home away from home. While it was a long drive from Laguna/QC, the memorable experience at Rey's place made every minute worth it - can't recommend it enough.

If you’re planning to stay in Albay for a week and you’re a virtual assistant this place is for you! They have a generator just in case of power outage, strong internet connection and the water pressure is enough. This place is squeaky clean with lots parking spaces. It’s in the middle of Legazpi so going to places is not difficult. I’ll stay here again if given a chance to go back to Albay and see Magayon.

Gem was extremely flexible with our arrival time. Even though we didn’t get to the Airbnb until close to 3am, the housekeeper was able to graciously let us in and show us around. My uncle also left his medicine in the refrigerator and they were kind enough to store it for us in their ref until we could drive back to pick it up a few days later.

This is a good place to stay for group traveleres. In our case it served the purpose for our groyo when 4 children participated in regional Palarong Bicol. The owner was one text away already to address out needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Lina' s transient house thanks to the fantastic host. Ms. Diane was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our entire stay. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, making us feel truly welcomed. Her warm hospitality added a special touch to our experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

The place is near the highway and its within the downtown. The unit is clean. And the most notable of all are the white, clean and comfortable bed sheets, pillow case and blankets.

My family and I had a comfortable stay at this place. The host and caretaker were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially accommodating our very late check-in. The property was accurately depicted in the photos and had everything we needed for cooking. The location was a major plus, with its proximity to a pharmacy, convenience store, hospital, and restaurants, making our stay exceptionally convenient.

The host was very accommodating and easy to converse with. The caretaker is also very responsive and easy to ask something of. The place is near the wet market and cooking essentials (except ingredients of course) are provided.
