The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. They have a friendly and accommodating caretaker who made our stay even better. The house was spotless and had all the amenities as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

My recent stay at Toby's Transient was fantastic, exceeding my expectations for a budget-friendly staycation! The space was clean, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during my stay. The caretaker was also amazing - very attentive and made me feel right at home. It's clear that they prioritize customer service. The location was perfect; it was an easy walk to many establishments, which made it convenient to get around. I had no trouble finding the place, and it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. What truly stood out was how homey the place felt. It provided exactly what I needed for my staycation needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay with excellent service.

Ms. Rosemarie is a wonderful host and her staff are also very helpful. The place is great and has everything we needed. We felt very comfortable during our stay and will definitely book this place again when we go back to Legazpi.

Stayed at Airbnb Transient House in Legazpi for 13 days — Room 12 (Maple) from June 1–13, then moved to Room 9 (Oak) on our last night since our kids us. I honestly have nothing bad to say. The staff were super kind and accommodating. The place was clean, peaceful, and just a short walk to the malls (especially SM). Each room had a water heater, its own water dispenser, no curfew, and the rates were very affordable. I work from home, so internet glitches at night were a thing sometimes, but I had mobile data as backup and it worked fine. Power interruptions weren’t a problem either since they have a generator. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay here again! 🙌✨

Hindi kayo magsisisi na sakanila kayo nag book kasi higit pa sa pagka worth it ang binayad niyo sakanila. ang babait ng mga staffs nila. babalik kami sa sakanila.

Place is good. Too bad that there was an extended power outage so we weren’t able to stay. The host is very responsive and kind. Motorcycles can be parked inside the premises, but if you have a car, it should be parked outside. This is above the water refilling station so you don’t miss where this is actually located if you’ll book this place.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb right in the city, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience. The view of Mayon is majestic and breathtaking. The apartment is exactly as pictured—clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated.

We had a great time staying at this place! Would book this again for our future travels in Legazpi. Equipped kitchen, complete amenities, very clean surroundings, friendly staff and owner and is at the heart of the city within a safe area. The rooms were very spacious, PLUS POINTS for the kids room (my toddler loved it). Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

This place is cozy good for couples or single people out there i definitely advise anyone to stay here. The host and his cowroker were extremely helpful in finding nice places to visit and tips on what you should do in the area. Plenty of entertainment there, this places was located in walking distances of a supermarket, mall, and bars. Definitely when I plan another stay in the Philippines this place be the first one in my mind.
