It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

From our panoramic construction car in Hauptmannsgreut/Betzigau you have a fantastic view of the entire mountain range from Karwendel to the Allgäu Alps. Extended and furnished in 2018 with a lot of love for detail, it offers one to two people space on 20m² for a slightly different holiday experience.
