Typical Cantal stone house in the heart of the Aspre Valley. In summer, you will find a cool, bright and pleasant living room fully open to a warm living room and an equipped kitchen. In winter, a wood-burning stove will bring you comfort. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom + refurbished bathroom, a mezzanine furnished with a sofa bed (2 people). On the ground floor, you have a secure relaxation area with direct access to the river 100 m away.

My house is close to a small village, it is ideally located to discover all the beauty of our department (waterfalls, mountains, villages, castles, rivers, tours and walks, cheeses). You will appreciate the calm, comfort and equipment of the house. A private courtyard is there to enjoy the outside. Two steps from Salers, and a little more from the Puy-Mary you will find a accommodation for 4 people in a Cantalian farm... so you will find salt cows in pasture near your garden area. It is a quiet place, not overlooked, with no busy road nearby. In this year 2024, there will be 3 parties on the farm, April 14, July 17, and August 21. The day and evening will surely be noisy as we welcome people to the farm.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
