The room was simply great: furnished with great attention to detail, creative, modern and at the same time very functional. Everything was new and super well maintained. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful view of the sea - a real highlight that made the stay unforgettable. Gaspard and Clara were incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. You can feel that they really care about the well-being of their guests. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Martin's house is superb, everything is new and absolutely all the necessary amenities are available. The photos are very accurate, it's even more beautiful in real life, and decorated with great taste. Impeccable cleanliness. The location of the house is perfect, you can't find a more peaceful and relaxing place, and yet in a few minutes by car you are at the sea! Perfect for a stay between sea and countryside.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. The decoration is sublime and we really felt like we were on vacation. The house is very bright and everyone easily finds their space. We were two families with children and it was perfect in terms of the distribution of rooms, bathrooms and toilets. The exterior is pleasant and you can eat outside easily because the kitchen is close to the terrace. The shops are easily accessible on foot and we explored a new city every day with the great pleasure of returning to this beautiful house after the walks. Virginie, who was present when we arrived, is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent communication with the hosts who are charming. It's a favorite house where we will return with great pleasure!!!

Charming house with sea view

Pierre’s home is a beautifully renovated oasis for relaxation and enjoyment of the Saint-Briac area. Our party of 5 was more than comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and maintained and is perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or showering off after a visit to the beach down the street. You will not be disappointed if you choose to call this place home on your trip, and will most likely take away some interior/exterior design inspiration after. Pierre and his wife are also just phenomenal hosts who greeted us personally at check-in and then later were life savers when we needed a last-minute ride to the Saint Malo train station after our scheduled taxi couldn’t fit our entire party. A+ people with an A+ home. Do yourself a favor and stay here, if it’s available!
