In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Many sites (Lac de Lavaré, Lac de la Ferté, Arch of Nature, city center and Le Mans Cathedral, 24H circuit) await your visit. The grangette has all the comforts you need. You are independent in this home that has a garden and terrace.
