Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

We had a very pleasant 5 nights! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to groceries and metro and within 30 minutes of the main sightseeing spots in Paris. The co-host, Raphael, was very friendly, responsive and helpful and told us how to get to the place and even let us check in early! The place is cozy with all the amenities and would highly recommend it.

Tu Huong is an excellent host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I think we can't make it quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas... what more could you ask for...

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

This place offers everything that’s needed for a business or vacation stay. Apartment was very clean and well equipped and the host was pro active and caring. Location is really well connected with metro, rar (cdg airport) and trams so it is easy and fast to get anywhere in the city. I recommend this solid offer.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

Catherine is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to queries and made wonderful dinner recommendations. We had an amazing dining experience at L’Hommage. The house is a home from home. It is comfortable rather than luxurious making it an easy place to relax. As described, it is a little walk from the Metro station but it’s worth it in order to visit the patisseries and intermarche! It was an excellent base for a few days in Paris with friends

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Five of us stayed here for a total of three days, the room was very tidy and clean, we arrived earlier, after communicating with the host, we went in early, the kitchen was very fully equipped, very quiet, and it was within walking distance to the subway and supermarket.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you can hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is pretty good

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

There is not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city center. Because of that, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thanks Audrey :-)

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
