My family and I had a great vacation at Mathilde's beautiful Norman house. We were welcomed personally by her and her husband, which we were very happy about. The house is quietly located, but well connected for various excursions in the region. We found a superbly equipped house that corresponds to the descriptions and is lovingly furnished. We felt right at home and it is particularly suitable for families with children (separate children's room, changing table, baby bath, toys for indoor and outdoor). We will be happy to come back!

We had an unforgettable stay with friends in this beautiful house in Trouville. Everything was perfect: the view is absolutely incredible, the decor is neat to the last detail (even the light switches are beautiful!), and the house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. Very well located, with parking spaces and 3km from the center, it is the ideal place for a weekend with friends. We leave with memories in our heads. Thanks again for our great welcome. I would 100% recommend this place!

Very large and very pleasant house, everything you need to spend a very good weekend or more. The hosts are very kind, responsive and accommodating. Great with children too, the house is well arranged and with many rooms.

The house was beautiful in stunning countryside and Marie was an amazing host. I left my handbag and she helped sort out the delivery back to me. We were only there for a short time but would have liked to stay longer.

The house in Houlgate has much charm and character. We had a much-enjoyed family reunion there in June 2025. Although the house is old, the plumbing is not. Fortunately, there is no TV set. The beach is out the door, the tides really amazing, and the sun sets spectacularly into the water. The barbecue is old, but we managed to get it to work with some effort. Houlgate is village just east of Sword beach, and all the D-day activities can be easily accessed. Sea breezes keep the place cool, especially at night. Magic!

A dream home in a great yard. We stayed in a historic house that was renovated with taste and respect for history. The garden is an orchard with apple trees with two donkeys in the adjacent meadow. Florence is a really friendly and thoughtful host. When our daughter got sick, she personally called around to get a doctor's appointment. An address to return to.

Great place at a great value. The house is very nice, the grounds are well maintained, not overlooked. Great for families and animals.

We had a wonderful stay at Damien's place. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to truly enjoy all there is to offer on-site. The checkin went smoothly and was flexible, and Damien was very communicative throughout our stay. He was able to accommodate our extra requests with two babies. The house is well stocked with linens, toys for the kids, everything you might need in the kitchen, and plenty to explore outside. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks and taking endless trips down the slide outside each morning. Our family made great memories here and we hope to come back again in the future!

the pluses: Comfortable house very well located and perfectly quiet. Quick access to the beach allows beautiful walks and also arrival in Honfleur by the estuary. The two terraces are ideal for meals for 7/8 people, the large lot is perfectly enclosed and safe for children and dogs even small. The fairly busy road along the land does not cause any disturbance. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can be slightly confused by the sound of Le Havre flares (on the other side )or the passage of a few big boats that make the show! the -: if the kitchen is perfectly equipped in terms of appliances, it is however missing two or three fundamental utensils such as the oven dish exit handles and large service knives. The operation of the living room lighting remained a mystery to us! (untimely outages). Overall, the service is as described quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful house in its green setting. We had a great time. The house is warm, well-equipped, the living room is very pleasant and the bedrooms are spacious. Beautiful sunny terrace and large enclosed garden ideal for children. Thanks to Mickael for his hospitality, everything was perfect.

Wonderful location. We had a great stay with our family.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!

We were coming back to the cottage for the second time and the house has been redesigned. It offers even more conviviality. Great for our family vacation. The house was spotless and the hosts were available and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back on sunny days!

We had an exceptional stay in this cottage, which is undoubtedly one of the best rentals we have ever known. And yet, we have done a lot over the years, in all seasons. This cottage is actually a second home, and you can tell right away: the owners leave their personal belongings there, which shows how much they trust the tenants. This creates a unique atmosphere — you immediately feel at home. Everything is perfectly maintained. We wonder how many hours are spent on housework. The beds are very comfortable, and the living spaces are spacious and bright. The pool is a real plus, especially for the children, who loved it. It's a huge asset. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, because the photos on the site do not really do justice to the beauty and generosity of the place: a large garden, a small adjoining wood, a real feeling of calm and space.

We highly recommend Aurélie and Antony's house. It is as described in the listing. The house is very beautiful and very pleasant with many amenities. We had a great stay in the house and a big thank you to Antony for his responsiveness in our exchanges. Great continuation!

We spent 2 relaxing weeks at Alice's place. Alice was an excellent host, communicative, responsive and making extra effort to provide us with information in English and also speaking to us in English. We (and our 2 dogs) received a warm welcome from Alice and she stayed in touch through our stay and answered all questions quickly. The highlight of Alice's place was the outside space with covered, comfortable seating, a choice of places to sit and eat and a very warm swimming pool! Inside were comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The area was beautiful and quiet with many walking and cycling opportunities and certainly one we'd like to return to. The nearby town of Pont Audemer has everything you could need and is very pretty. We would recommend Le Sadi Carnot and Le Vieux Puits.

We had a great week with the 3 generation family - 5 adults and 2 children 3 & 1 . The accommodation was good and there was plenty of room for the grandchildren to run around both inside and out. The indoor pool was a great asset. The equipment was comprehensive for all ages and needs. Highly recommend.

Very good stay in this beautiful house. We all left with good memories. The pool delighted young and old, it must be said that it is large, well heated and adjoining the veranda (so no passage in the air stream). We'll save the address for a future weekend!
