Holiday rentals in Le Capannelle

Wir wurden mit frisch gebackenem Brot, selbst gemachtem Kuchen sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Olivenöl von Max und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren auch sehr lecker 😋 Die Liegebetten waren total bequem. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Ivan gereinigt. 👍🏽 Olga hat uns sogar ein Backrohr organisiert 😊… Die Herzlichkeit von Olga und Max, die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben diesen Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht….danke 🥰Ulli & Martin

Though I'm an artist and a writer, my imagination could never have conjured a home and a natural setting as breathtaking as Carmela's Tuscan retreat. Words fail me even now. The views of the rolling hills are unreal, especially at sunrise when mist hovers over the stone buildings of the village in the valley. The home is so lovely and comfortable--modern rustic in the best sense. It's quiet there; often there are no man-made sounds to break the spell. Carmela is a delight! She's warm and welcoming and may even bring you a treat or two during your stay. Day trips to charming nearby towns are easy; what's difficult is convincing yourself to leave the daybed on the terrace. Do yourself a favor and spend some time at Carmela's absolutely dreamy home in the hills.

Castello Di Proceno was a great place to stay in the peace and quiet. You are well away from the hustle and bustle and will need transport to explore. The history is quite interesting. The furnishing and decor is very retro but still very comfortable. Cecilia is an amazing woman, both a wealth of information and very warm and friendly. She speaks Italian, French and English fluently. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The restaurant is set in idyllic garden (weather permitting) for standard prices. Breakfast is the included and tasty. A tour of the Castello is recommended.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel Seccatoio delle castagne del Podere di Maggio. Che dire? Un vero paradiso: incastonato in una vallata meravigliosa con il monte Amiata difronte e il bellissimo borgo medievale di Santa Fiora. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: struttura meravigliosa, ben curata, nei dettagli, una pace impagabile. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici, ospitali e ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa. Insomma tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, ovvio devi amare la vita bucolica come noi ! Unica pecca? Due notti sono state troppo brevi e sicuramente torneremo . Grazie Peter , Rita e dolce Noemi. We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!
