Spacious and bright home for 4 people

Forget your worries in our spacious and bright house located on a wooded garden. You will occupy the 1st floor, the ground floor being the offices where we work during the week. With private parking, we are a 10-min walk from all amenities (bakery, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, pharmacy...). Central location: Gorges de l'Ardèche (about 30 minutes), Mont-Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire (about 45 minutes), Montélimar (30 minutes) and the pretty villages of Coiron (15 minutes)

Upstairs there is an 11 m2 mezzanine with the sleeping area (140*190 bed), a closet and the bathroom OPEN to the sleeping area. Private terrace 9 m2 with table and chairs. 1 covered parking space. The apartment is located below a RN (noise from cars depending on the season). Wi-Fi, self check-in (keybox). Non-smoking apartment.

Le shubunkin - Small cozy cottage with the owner

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

Only positive! Very quiet neighborhood, large parking spaces available, spacious, clean and very functional accommodation, large garden with swimming pool (surrounded by a fence) and petanque court. Great for a family stay with kids. Anthony and Julie were perfect, they were very responsive and the communication was perfect! I highly recommend it!

Cyril's home exceeded our expectations! We traveled with my in-laws, they stayed in the bedroom on one side of the house and our daughter and we had the bedrooms on the other side of the house. This way, everyone had sufficient privacy. For my daughter (18 months) there was a baby bed with extra mattress available, a baby bath and a high chair, something we really appreciated. The whole house was on one level and the swimming pool was behind a fence, so we were able to let her run around without worrying about anything. The contact with Cyril and his father went smoothly. We definitely want to come back!

small stay in lavilledieu for my daughter and my little girl ,the accommodation is less than 600 meters from the bus stop that serves the city of Aubenas and Montelimar but it is extremely quiet because it is enclosed in a cul-de-sac, quiet assured. it is also close to shops (bakery, butcher, tobacco,proximarket, post pharmacy...) . the place is beautiful in the Ardèche spirit,a plus for pinball and foosball. bedroom and bathroom upstairs, everything you need for a pleasant stay is available. The owners are not far but very discreet ,and available in case of any problems . to recommend

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation was as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, quiet but right in the center. Cédric and Bouchra were very welcoming, responsive and caring, which greatly improved our stay. I recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation. Thanks again for a great weekend!
