Away from the fray with slivers of lake views. Surrounded by fields but easible walkable to local town with restaurant, bakery, market, pharmacy. Wonderful and private balconies and great light--three big glass doors lead to balconies. You'll like this one!

Very pleasant stay. The check-in instructions were clear. The apartment is impeccably clean. The location is close to the lake and the beach. The city is less than 10 minutes' walk away. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay with Gioia and Chris was super nice and pleasant! The AirBnB was nice and clean, there is everything you need. Coffee machine, air fryer, kettle... we didn't miss anything. The location is beautiful, quiet and you have a beautiful view of the lake. But we especially liked the hospitality that was shown to us. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, questions were always answered quickly and our dog also enjoyed the stay and the open nature of the hosts! Thank you very much for the great days, we will be happy to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house. It has been beautifully and comfortably renovated with robust materials and it is enormously spacious. We only stayed 1 night because we were passing through to the Netherlands and used the BBQ on the terrace next to the kitchen. Everything is complete. The kitchen is well equipped with BBQ tools and basic necessities such as coffee, oil, salt, etc. The bed was too hard for me, but that's personal. The next day we walked to Pérouges, a very nice medieval village. We were allowed to leave the car with all our camping gear in the enclosed courtyard after we checked out, which was very nice. Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Very welcoming and kind host, functional house where you sleep well. Very convenient enclosed garden when you have dogs and children. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we have the chance.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Yvoire, a stunning medieval village. Met at the apartment by M.A who explained how various things were operated. Well equipped, extremely clean kitchen. Great restaurant recommendations. Wonderful swimming in the lake on your doorstep. Very pleasant outdoor terrace for mealtimes / general relaxation. Accessible and secure outside parking
