Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. The apartment has been completely renovated and received new furniture. There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a new kitchen that is well equipped. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bedroom for 2 and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Quiet location! The large garden with several seats behind the house can be used. Parking is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available.

I offer a vacation rental in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb. When booking the accommodation for tourist activities, a tourist tax is due.
