We had a great week in Lausanne and Killian's apartment contributed to our satisfaction. I recommend +++. Everything is there: comfort including bedding, brightness, cleanliness, features, great environment with sun terrace without vis-à-vis and overlooking the trees The apartment is the living space of its tenant so everything is there to feel at home. Excellent host, I had a problem with my plane flight, it was canceled at the last minute, it was very late, and Alexander came and gave me his apartment, which was very clean and with all the necessary amenities, he advised me on where to eat and on public transport The house is spectacular, it's new, it smells very good and everything is super clean. I didn't find any fault in his house It has all the necessary amenities and was very attentive to everything really very good place and thank you very much Truly

Everything was great, the accommodation is clean, spacious and bright. Equipped with all the necessities. We came for the Montreux comedy and the theater was within walking distance. The bus is right next door. There is parking in the building. Alexandra and Richard are very responsive and kind. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lausanne! The space was bright, and very comfortable — perfect for our group of four adults and a 14-month-old. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the layout made it easy to relax after busy days exploring the city. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Wonderful view! We had a very good time in Lausanne and would recommend this apartment.

This apartment was attractive, clean and comfortable. Situated on the first floor of their modern private home, it was very quiet with views of their garden. The bed and couch were comfortable firm for sleeping. Dishes, coffee maker and supplies were all we needed. The town Chailly is a 10 minute walk which has choice of the 3 major grocery stores and bus number 7 to downtown Lausanne. Also a small bus number 42 takes one up the hill close to the apartment. We purchased the monthly Lausanne transport card. Jacqueline and Yves were friendly and welcoming providing suggestions for museums and nearby sights. We stayed 3 weeks enjoying our time. This apartment is also close to the major hospital CHUV. Excellent apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Violaine's house is very nice for a family with children. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace for breakfasts and lunches as well as the garden.

We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

Fred and his family were remarkable hosts. I spent more than 7 weeks there. He was very welcoming, easy going, inclusive and respectful of my independence according to my desire. The place is consistent with the photos and descriptions, clean and everything that is mentioned is provided. We had a great time BBQing with the family and neighbors. Trust and respect were evident. I would highly recommend it.

This is a nice place to stay with all the amenities of a family home. It suited our group of 2 oldies, 2 parents and 3 teenagers very well. It was warm and comfortable. The rail line to Lausanne is a 8 min walk up the hill and the supermarkets in Prilly are just 5 mins drive away. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. Communication throughout our stay was very good.

We spent a week at Aurélie & Daniel’s lovely and comfortable house and felt right at home. The living room/kitchen/dining area on the first level is spacious and well suited for our family gathering of 7/8 adults. We also liked sitting outdoors to enjoy the peaceful view of the beautiful garden and lake. The house is spotless, with many bathrooms, which is definite a plus for us. Above all, we appreciate that the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The self check-in and check-out are well instructed and easy. We hope to be able to return here on our next visit to Switzerland…

We immediately felt at home. The house and the huge property exceed the description and the photos. Everything is there, everything works. The place is idyllic and quiet with beautiful views and a pleasant outdoor area, table and chairs in the shade of a tree, perfect for hot days. The home is ideal for people like us traveling with a big dog, because the property is completely fenced and offers outdoor space and shaded resting places. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake, where there are long beach walks. If you like, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. Our hosts were immediately available for any question, helpful and cordial. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely amazing!!! The view is a million dollar view.. sunset from the terrace was sooo amazing! Armend and Alyssa are so friendly and even gifted us a bottle of wine.. very responsive to our requests too.. it’s absolutely the best place to stay.. my 10yo son said it’s the best accommodation we had so far! Highly recommend to drive to the accommodation as it’s not easy to climb up the slopes..

The accommodation is located in a residence with many apartments and with the doorman from Monday to Friday. It's a studio with everything you need. Great for two. The location is 15 minutes from downtown on foot, however, a flaw, uphill (on the way back). But there is the 1 that stops exactly there and that passes every 10 minutes, so in case it's okay to predict that. The metro is a 12-minute walk away. There is the laundry room included on the -2 floor and the possibility of using the vacuum cleaner. The room comes with sheets and towels, there is also a hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker with nespresso capsules, electric kettle, television with the possibility of connecting the Netflix account. I would say overall super recommended, the only downside is the price that is a littlehigh...but for what it offers and to be in Switzerland I think you can't find anything better unless you live in other hosts' house.

Wonderful host and beautiful apartment. Encountered no issues during our stay (party of 4). Spacious, comfortable beds (1x king + 2x single), stunning views. House is built on a slope (as is very typical for the beautiful area). Outside stairs lead up to the property (ca 10), consider if you require step-free access. Convenient outside parking space for car. We will be very happy to return.

Description of place was accurate.

We stayed three nights at Coralies place and had a really good time at lake Geneva. Amazing view from the flat on the lake! The flat was perfect for families. Both of our kids had a bed there as well as toys. Thank you for having us.

Catherine was very eager from the beginning to make the stay nice for me and my daughter. She asked about additional amenities and was always courteous. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Lausanne.

Base has a great Lausanne location. Right in a neighborhood yet so close to the station, port, and the M2 line. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was very workable — it even had a small dishwasher! The housekeeping crew did a great job with our unit as it was spotless when we arrived. Only hiccup was at checkin when the system said our room wasn’t ready yet. It was Sunday and the Base team was off, but the phone number hotline they provided was able to remedy this issue pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend Base when you’re looking for a little more space or to stay in town for a longer time!
