Holiday rentals in Latina Scalo

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Emanuela and Roberto are great hosts with a great apartment. They were very helpful and welcoming at check-in making us feel right at home, The apartment is centrally located and secure with great views over the city. CasaZeta is perfect, well organized and clean, it is equipped with every comfort imaginable making our 9 night stay very enjoyable. Happy to stay here again if we are ever in Latina. One of the best properties we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

Nous avons passé un séjour sensationnel à Rome, et le logement n'y était pas pour rien ! La qualité de l'appartement, des multiples équipements (notamment la climatisation par forte chaleur), l'emplacement, les hôtes (accueillants et serviables ++).. Tout est absolument parfait. Il est très simple de rejoindre la centre ville grâce au bus 118 qui rejoint directement la Piazza Venezia / Colisée, en longeant l'Antique Via Appia et de très beaux monuments. Si vous passez votre soirée dans le centre ville, préférez le Métro A jusqu'à Arco di Travertino puis le bus 664 ou 765 pour revenir (le 118 est très peu fiable en soirée). Le restaurant Grani di Sale, au pied de l'appartement, est très bon si vous voulez goûter à de bons plats italiens dès votre arrivée.

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

We had a lovely stay at Vincenzo and Gamze's place, it was perfect for what we needed on our way up to Rome from Naples. We were able to feel right at home by putting the fire on in the evening with the added bonus of waking up to a spectacular view in the morning. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment and we hope to come back one day. Dan and Valentina :)

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni nell'appartamento di Angela e non ho parole x descrivere la serietà la pulizia e soprattutto la disponibilità di Angela...ci ha accolto come se ci conoscessimo da chi sa quanto tempo e con i miei ragazzi di 10anni non vi dico, addirittura le caramelle gli ha fatto trovare. Casa con tutti i tipi di confort dal Wi-Fi al carica batterie in camera asiugami, tutto x l'igiene personale e apprezzatissima dai ragazzi la cera x i capelli😅.Posto macchina in garage con telecomando...insomma l'ho consiglio davvero vivamente.Grazie dell'ospitalità Angela, grazie di tutto😘

Stefano est un excellent hôte, très accueillant et très réactif. Plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir ! Stefano se plie en 4 pour que tout se passe bien, il aime le contact avec ses locataires. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Compter 10 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Le train nous amène à Termini en 30 minutes environ. Pour un séjour au calme, ne pas hésiter à louer ce bien. Un grand merci à toi Stefano, et à bientôt !
