Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

Best host we’ve ever had. Super friendly and responsive. The apartment was spotless and had everything as listed. Great location with many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We had an early flight and the bus tickets to Podgorica were sold out and our host quickly found us a driver who charged us a very reasonable price to the airport. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so so so so much.

We had an absolutely wonderful 7 days at Krsto's place. He made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is in a great location, only 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 to the Old Town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. If you want to go further afield you will find Taxis at the bottom of the road. The apartment was also sparking clean with everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Great value. Spacious, clean, nice view, free parking and convenient location. Miroslav and Aleksandar were very friendly and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The apartment itself is well equipped and next to a busy road. The apartment comes with AC but we were surprised how well it kept the temperature at bay even when it was around 30 degrees outside. We weren't bothered, but traffic produces some noise. Also, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes if you can find the right alleyways. However, when you head back to the apartment, be ready to climb some stairs or take a longer route since the apartment is located on a hillside. Consider renting a car or getting a taxi if walking isn't your piece of cake. A clear 5/5 for me.

Ev mobilyaları eski ama kesinlikle temiz ve düzenli. Ailece çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Plajlara yürüyerek 15/20 dakika mesafede. Ev sahibi çok kaliteli ve ilgili biri, her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Bir evden beklentinin bir çocuğunu karşılıyor.

Şüphesiz şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi Airbnb ! Evin olanak ve imkanları kusursuzdu. Mutfak olanakları, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinaları ve klimaları ile muazzam bir yuva. Kesinlikle tekrar geldiğimizde burada olmayı ümit ediyoruz. Evin konumu ise trafik sorunu olan bir yer olduğu için muazzam ! Arabayı park edecek otopark mevcut ve Kotor’daki her yere neredeyse yürürüme mesafesinde. Yürüyerek cenneti keşfedin ! Ve Aleksandar muazzam bir insan. O kadar güzel bir ev kurmuşlar ki hayran kaldım. Ayrıca çok hızlı geri dönüşleri ve talimatları iletti. Şehir hakkında bir çok bilgiyi gelmeden ve geldikten sonra da bana iletti. Kendisini tanımış olduğum için çok mutluyum. Burada bir dost olduğunu biliyorum artık 😉 gözünüz kapalı bu evi tercih edebilirisiniz. Çok mutlu ayrılacağınıza eminim ✨

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. nous étions 4 adultes et avons passé un excellent séjour chez lidija nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement elle et son mari sont super sympa l environnement est splendide depuis leur terrasse et que dire de la nouvelle piscine magnifique nous recommandons ce magnifique logement encore merci

Magnifique hébergement, assez difficile d’accès par la route, mais l’hôte a super bien expliqué et détailler comment y aller. Il nous avait réservé un bateau pour un petit restaurant de poisson local Vrziment super bon, je vous le recommande. L’hébergement dispose d’une terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur le lac skadar…le rêve!!

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
