Holiday rentals with a pool in Lastarria, Santiago

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Excellent host, proactive and attentive to all the details and needs. The house is super comfortable and great for large groups. We'll be back!

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. Everything's excellent, fully recommended

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Good communication with Valeria from the beginning, the super nice place to disconnect and the best is that it is in Santiago! We loved the attention to detail they welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine, some sweets, coffee tea and water. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. The jar is clean and ready to use! Don't hesitate to visit this pleasant place.

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Very cozy and the simple manager is very available for any questions

The location is great, the room has enough space, wifi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70kg each and with back problems, the mattress 'sinks', which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone! Ah, enjoy the shopping arcade in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta restaurant on the 2nd floor, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend.

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: new, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super smooth, without any difficulties, and the host was always available and attentive throughout the stay. The street where the apartment is located is quieter, without much nightlife, but with several options nearby, which was great for resting and, at the same time, having easy access to bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it and, if I return to Chile, I would definitely stay again! I want to come back in the summer to enjoy the terrace. Thank you Felipe!

Cristóbal is a genius and super nice to respond and be attentive, the place is incredible and the neighborhood is also wonderful, the location!!

The apartment has a good location to know the city, with a market next door. It is well equipped for 2 people and with a beautiful view. Roberto always answered us quickly, answering questions and saving us at the last minute after we checked out. We forgot our wallet in the apartment and Roberto promptly helped us recover without missing our flight immediately. I recommend it!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
