Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Las Heras

The house is incredibly comfortable and beautiful. Absolutely everything is of excellent quality, new and very clean. With many extras: hair dryer, first aid kit, shampoo/conditioner, etc. In addition, the kitchen is SUPER COMPLETE. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, we didn't want to leave! ♥️ The game room and laundry room are a plus that add a lot to the comfort of the stay.

This place is precisely as advertised - beautiful, peaceful, and in a FABULOUS part of town. You can easily walk to most anything you need, particularly Aristides which has everything ... great restaurants, shops, bars, markets, as well as the amazing San Martin Parque which is just a block away. The apartment itself is very safe and secluded. As pictured, there is a beautiful courtyard out front, as well as a small private patio out back. Even though it is located in a very accessible spot, you don't hear much street noise at all. And the hosts are all equally great. They provided immediate responses to any inquiries we had, provided great local recommendations, and (a bonus for us) are fluent in English. We definitely will stay here again - and/or recommend friends - if/when the need arises.

The listing was large and beautiful, only regret was not being able to stay in the summer months when the pool is swimmable. Perfectly accommodated a large group, and host was super helpful and communicative in suggesting activities to do. Check in/check out was in person with the host, so be sure to communicate arrival and departure times (although they were quite flexible).

Excellent service from Marcelo! His willingness to help us with everything related to his beautiful home and to advise us on our stay in Mendoza and its surroundings is very remarkable. I totally recommend your home for a family because of the comforts of your house as well as its location near the best places in Mendoza to eat and for recreation. Big hug Marcelo!

Mariana and Martin were available at all times, giving us tips on what to do in the city. The house is very good and is meters from Aristides.

Cynthia's space was a surprise, it was better than in the photos! She sent all instructions in advance and kept in touch the whole time, until we arrived at the accommodation. The reception was great and warm, and they were always willing to help with whatever was needed, including tips on restaurants and tours. During the stay, we had very good and fragrant bathing clothes (which were proactively changed by her in the middle of the stay). The place was super clean and comfortable for two people! We hired the breakfast service, which was highly praised and we proved that in fact it was everything they said and a little more. The menu was varied and plentiful, and certainly better than many hotels! It was a good cost-benefit, and most importantly, the accommodation was comfortable, private and full of flavor! Anyway, I recommend Cynthia's place and I intend to stay with her again when I return to Mendonza (there's no way to go only once!)

We stayed here for three months with our pets, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay, it’s cozy, warm, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There’s also a lovely patio where you can enjoy an asado or simply relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet it's easy to get to the city center thanks to frequent buses and easy access to taxis. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Sofia and Daniela are the best hosts - so warm, responsive, and always willing to help with anything. I truly didn’t want to leave because I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommend!

Good location, it has places to eat around for both dinner and breakfast, it has a pharmacy nearby and also a grocery store. The place is spacious, clean and pleasant, they have nice decoration. It has parking but only for city cars.

Excellent apartment, modern, clean and complete. The host was friendly and helpful from the start. When we arrived, he helped us with change for the taxi. In addition to the above, he recommended several shops in the area.

Federico is a first-class host, he was always looking out for us. He welcomed us with a bottle of Malbec, which we thought was a very nice touch, and another day he surprised us with some alfajores. The view is SPECTACULAR. We were happy with the stay Thank you Federico

Everything turned out great! Agile communication, coordinating the Check In was super simple, we were given the keys ahead of time. In the apartment everything worked properly, the area was very quiet, easy access to go to any destination. In front of the complex there is an Oridos Market store, in case you want to do the shopping without going out. The wifi worked well. Really recommendable!!

The apartment is very nice. The view is absolutely amazing. We were very comfortable! It's very safe and the market next door is very good. The only thing to improve in the apartment is the curtains in the bathrooms. We should look into that because the bathrooms get quite wet. The rest is incredible. Highly recommended. I'll be back

Spacious space with an excellent location. The apartment represents the pictures very well. Very clean and organized. For the cold days there is ar conditionado hot that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend!

Mu husband and I had a wonderful stay at Santiago's place! Extremely responsive host, and had great restaurant recommendations on his guide. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen was great to cook meals. The shower water did not stay hot for very long, but other than that everything was great!
