Spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located! This apartment in Venao was ideal for a relaxing stay. It had everything we needed, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Just a short walk from the beach, highly recommended!

La casa es amplia, confortable y muy bien equipada, con una vista privilegiada al mar. La comunidad es muy tranquila y segura. Es un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones de descanso en familia. ¡La mejor playa de Pedasí!

Nuestro caso fue especial ya que necesitábamos trabajar en Bucaro. Casa Iguana estaba idealmente ubicado para nuestros propósitos. La casa tiene las amenidades necesarias y la piscina es muy agradable para descansar. Christian, el contacto local, fue muy atento y nos ayudo en todo. Lo recomiendo mucho

La propiedad tenia una ubicación maravillosa. Al despertar y acostarnos teníamos vistas espectaculares. La piscina fue el encanto de mi hija. Estaba a menos de 10 minutos del pueblo y justo ese fin de semana tenian eventos en el parque del mismo. Lo recomendaria full para descanso y reuniones familiares, es como trasladarse a otro mundo.

Very secluded and peaceful. Kitchen is outdoor. No regular stove or oven, but new refrigerator, good BBQ pit, hot plate and small toaster oven. Air conditioner in Yurt worked very well. Agustina was very responsive to our needs.

Nuestra estadía en esta casa fue simplemente espectacular. La vista al mar es impresionante, cada amanecer y atardecer parecen sacados de un sueño. La casa es preciosa, con una decoración cuidada y un ambiente acogedor que te hace sentir en un paraíso privado. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y amable, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto para nuestra estancia. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. ¡100% recomendado!

Excelente para pasar tiempo en familia. Super Moderna, Limpia, segura y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles!

It’s an excellent location, very nice apartment and caring, professional service. You pay a lot for the location and scarcity of such properties. The quality of the apartment is an excellent, modern 3-star level with kitchen. You pay a 4-5 star price. It’s a good enough deal for many obviously. Something to think about (not fully under control of the hotel), but rather of the community of business owners in Venao, which El Sitio is one of the proud founders (they’ve done a great job so far!), is the insane amount of road dust because of wide, unpaved roads. Don’t blame construction, it largely moved to other areas of Venao, many areas/streets are completed construction-wise. Put gravel, plant more grass, plants, pave eventually. It’s been 17 years of dust. And in the same Venao there are many paved internal streets. Makes a difference. Countless surf-towns in Costa Rica have managed to maintain rustic nature-first feel, without dust and with selective paving & planting.

Bucaro es un pueblo hermoso y su gente es muy amable y atenta. Cristina estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momentos. Los cuartos los baños la cocina el comedor todo muy limpio. La playa espectacular muy tranquila y limpia

Wir waren während der Karneval dort. Die Fahrt zu Pedasi war nah , alles sehr gut zu erreichen, Lokale und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der eigene Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

This is an amazing place, right at the beach. If you click on this property do not hesitate to book immediately. It is super clean, easy to find, has fast internet, a very responsive host, and is located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. It feels very safe. Enjoy this home with an outside kitchen and a beach view from the bed. Perfect for a longer stay and working with a view of breaking waves. Will 100pct stay again!

We had a wounderful time. The appartment has an amazing ocean view next to the beach. We felt really being at home. Grace was always there to make our visit unforgetteabel. Thank you so much we will come back .

Het was zeer fijn om te genieten van de mooie omgeving (Je kan kiezen tussen de baai met rustig water en de open zee met wilde golven). Het is ideaal om te zwemmen en te genieten van de rust. Jean Pierre en Irina verzorgen hun gasten zeer goed. We hebben ook fijne gesprekken gehad. De maaltijden zijn heel lekker. We hebben genoten van de kajaktocht naar de mangrove. We kunnen zeker aanraden om hier naartoe te komen. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je voor alles betaalt, dus ook voor het gebruik van de kajaks. En als je wil gaan zoeken naar de schildpadden dan gaat Jean Pierre de eerste keer ook mee en dan betaal je hier ook voor. De communicatie hierover was duidelijk. We wisten dit dus op voorhand. Maar uiteindelijk lag de totale kost voor ons toch wel wat hoog. We hadden misschien beter eten meegebracht om bijvoorbeeld zelf ontbijt en / of middageten te maken. Maar dan hadden we natuurlijk wel het lekkere eten van Irina gemist. Bovendien kan je moeilijk eten bewaren. Bedankt voor alles!

We had a lovely time in Loft 9 in Pedasi. Upon booking we received very clear instructions of how to get to the property which is within a gated beach community. Everything is furnished nicely and they had everything you could need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, snorkel masks) and also had a play we used as bed for our baby... Very handy. Once at the property you can cook in the well equipped kitchen or go to Pedasi (10-15 minutes by car) or a nearby hotel (5 minutes by car). There aren't other options walking distance. The loft doesn't have sea view but the beach and the pool in the pictures is just meters away. You can also feel the sea breeze lying in a hammock in the terraces as it lies a little above the other lofts around. There is also BBQ equipment but we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Overall a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

Great place to stay. Close to Playa Venao but gives you some peace and quiet away from the crowd. Very nice space all to yourself. Frances was amazing. Fantastic communication the whole time. Would stay again!
