“I had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Beautiful resort and condo. Julie was very quick to respond to questions. I didn't realize it was in the opposite direction of the other Sandy Beach resorts, but the beach was beautiful, and it was quiet (only a few vendors). There aren't a lot of restaurants around, so you are limited to what's on property unless you drive back toward town or bring your own food. There is a small market on site and WalMart 10 minutes down the road.

The condo was really nice. It was very quiet, as there were very few guests when I was there. The building maintenance crew have some work to do... broken banisters, tiles missing in the pool, etc.... but everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a good value and I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal and we felt like we were at home. The host was very responsive and accommodated all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable and they provided everything that we needed to have a relaxing vacation! Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive. We will absolutely come back.

We had so much fun! Both bedrooms were so comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvet comforter. The bathrooms were spotless with over sized bath towels. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. The living room was very comfortable. Everything was super clean looking and not cluttered. The balcony was perfect. Lots of seating. We took a meal up there a few times and looked out over the ocean while we ate. She supplied pool towels. The pools are pristine. Lots of lounge chairs. The beach was just a walk past the pool with lots of sea shells. The hostess went about and beyond. We will be booking this stay again for sure. Thank you so much!

The resort has plenty of amenities offered like rooftop bar, great on-site restaurant, fully equipped gym, and several amazing pools (with a small but still cool lazy river). The best part though is without a doubt the access to the very tranquil beach with palapas and vendor water adventures. That is all the resort and outside luxuries but the condo itself was gorgeously decorated and luxuriously outfitted. The wraparound patio doors are the most impressive as they not only let in the view, but provide for the full ocean breeze. Would highly recommend to those that want the best possible experience when vacationing in Puerto Penasco.

The apartment and the location were wonderful. The apartment is large- we had plenty of space for our family of 4. The pools and the beach were glorious. Don’t miss the little shack restaurant Bella Doña right outside the resort. We had a magical time! Can’t wait to come back!

Estuvimos muy a gusto. El lugar es muy lindo, mejor que las fotos. Tiene amenidades geniales y está muy bien equipado. Tuvimos problemas con el internet, pero Armando y Sandra estuvieron en comunicación con nosotros para dar alternativas. Es un departamento muy bonito, tiene todos los trastes necesarios e incluso cosas extra como juegos de mesa y libros. La alberca del condominio está perfecta para refrescarse del calor y amenidades muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda regresaré.

Beautiful spacious condo in las Conches. Close enough to town, but far enough away. Newish build with 2 lovely pools and a short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and fast internet. Definitely would recommend!

Great place to stay with family

This was our second time staying and both times were great. This is our favorite unit of all of the similar ones we've stayed at in Rocky Point (there are lots of the exact same floorpan). It's clean, updated and has all the amenities you would need. We will definitely stay here again! 5 Stars

We have stayed in this unit several times and we are never disappointed. Great place to stay that has great views, things to do and a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Wendy and team for an amazing trip!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was cozy and perfect for our little getaway. We specifically chose this unit because it’s just a few steps from the pool and to top it off, it was heated! The kitchen is fully functional, and there were plenty of towels all around the unit, which was super convenient.We’d love to come back and enjoy more time here.A few helpful notes, especially if you’re traveling with your mother-in-law:Master Bedroom with a big closet (though only a few hangers)..The bed is very comfy but sits a bit high.The bunk bed is a little too high for toddlers.The bathroom in the room is a bit tight for larger people, but the shower is surprisingly big.Guest Bedroom:No closet access, but there’s a drawer chest.The shower drains slowly, so plan for quick showers or it might turn into a mini pool. Pet-friendly, but pets aren’t allowed in pool area.There’s a mini-market nearby Great for last-minute needs like napkins, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, water and snacks.

Russel’s place is great for peace and solitude! It’s about 15 minutes from town. The home was clean and just what we needed! If you’re looking for a getaway without having all the vendors coming up to you on the beach this is the place to be! The pools and restaurant on the property were a great option for when the tide was out. Lots of great shell hunting grounds. Overall we had a great time!

We loved the extra space the unit provided for our six night stay. The unit was very comfortable and felt like home away from home.

Jenn was so amazingly helpful when situations came up outside both our control. She was very responsive and a quick problem solver! You can tell she truly wants you to be able to relax and make sure you feel at home!

Easy check in and great location! Jodi even reached out to give suggestions on local places to eat and do! Will definitely be returning.

As a solo traveler, my experience at Sonoran Sun was stress free and relaxing. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I WILL be coming back again. A huge thank you to the staff ❤️

We had a piece full stay with family. Great service at the front desk. Lauren was there and told us everything that we needed to know. Really friendly and polite. She was helpful from the beginning and answered all questions truthfully. We would stay at this location and will recommend friends and family that will visit Rocky Point.

We had a fabulous time in Marie and Steve’s condo. It was clean, close to the beach and we loved having access to a BBQ. Bella Sirena has beautiful grounds with some of the friendliest people around. Book your stay with these lovely hosts and help support the beautiful town of Puerto Penasco :)

Everything was smooth and perfect from start to finish ! This home was beautiful and the location was perfect for us and our 2 boys . They loved being in front of the pool! Extremely convenient and fun . Thank you so much !

Our stay was amazing! Still a new location so not extremely busy. The room was beautiful and Marco was very attentive. The resort itself was beautiful the kids loved it. A lot of pools the only downside I would say is if your looking for night life you have to drive into market which is only 15 min as the hotel everything closes at 10. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
