We werw two couples in this apartment for 8 nights on October.The stay in the apartment was comfortable,it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable,the wi-fi is exellent,there is always hot water,it has everything you need to prepare your own meals.The terrace is huge to enjoy with a view of the pool.The apartment is five minutes from the best Nissi beach,there are many restaurants,markets and bakeries nearby.The host offered us transportation from the airport and was in contact with us in case of need.Entering the apartment is easy with a code,there is also a parking lot if you rent a car.The place is a good starting point for visiting the Famagusta area, there are bus stops to Ayia Napa and intercity transport nearby. All recommendations for staying in the apartment,we would love to come back again next year.

Harika bir konaklamayı... Merkezi bir konumda idi.. Arabanız varsa,gazino merakınız da varsa yer mükemmeldi .. Temiz, herşey mevcut.. En öemlisi çok çabuk iletişim ve sorun halletme vardı ..Ayrıca Alsana ve ailesi çok gülerüzlü ve iyi insanlar....

Tatilimizin ilk gününe kadar iyi ki bu tercihi yapmışız dedik. Cemal bey son derece ilgili ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Evin konumu, temizliği, düzeni her şey kusursuzdu. Tesisin zaten olanakları oldukça fazla. Harika bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar Kıbrısa geldiğimizde kalacağımız yer ve ev sahibimiz belli…

a beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable, fully equipped with all the household appliances and great hosts. we loved staying there.

everything was fine, the apartment was very clean (minus for the balcony due to pigeons), confy with all the facilities needed and well refurbished. On a side note the location showed on the map before booking was not really precise. all in all we have been very satisfied. Recommended

We went to the Levante Boutique apartments instead but the apartment was very beautiful. You will find everything you need to spend a good time in Larnaca. The location is great as it is less than 5 minutes-walk from the beach. The check-in process was very smooth. Varnavas is very welcoming and available. I loved my stay here. 2 times now and not disappointed at all!

A lovely little appartment only a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and cafe's. The appartment is very is dont to very high standard and the host was incredibly helpful. Wouldn't hestiate to stay here again.

I would like to say that we had great time in the apartment. it is clean, you have everything inside there, from towels, cutleries, soap, dishes and other things that are useful in an apartment. The area is quiet and the neighbourhood is safe. We walked to the beach, the distance being short and the way to the beach being a pleasant one. We had the sea view with an amazing sunrise. We have a 7th month daughter so it's easily for me to see the sunrise :) I would like to thank to Christina from Sunaholic because she was a true angel for us. We had our return flight late at night and she allowed us to stay in the apartment as long as we needed. For us it was a great help, because we were with our two small children. You were great Christina, thank you again!! I will truly recommend this apartment

The appartment was clean, had all necessary to stay for a month. The WiFi is fast and reliable. The personal is nice and friendly. There is an unlimited coffee on the ground floor and a very nice Restaurant just at the opposite side of the street. The beach is a few minutes of walk, Makenzi beach is also great with a view to landing planes. The shops are located a bit far, but we used delivery all of the time, which worked perfectly for us. It was a nice staying, and a great Airbnb experience. I can definitely recommend Pasithea apartments!

Olena was truly amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. She was very polite and respectful, had great commutative skills and knew English so that made it a lot easier for us. She was also extremely helpful and guided us through things with the resort. The place was spotless and we had everything we needed in the apartment. Hot water was very nice and WiFi speed was great. Highly recommended❤️.

Batu’s places was clean and tidy close to many shops , bars and coffees .. we had little issue with the WiFi conection but he fixed ASAP so I do recommend his place if you want to walk around city of north nicosia and enjoy local bars , coffees and food.
