Beachfront holiday rentals in Larnaca

Terri’s Villa was beautiful and truly had everything you could need. It was spacious, clean and made you feel right at home. We loved the pool and access to the beach. Our children loved the space to run around and play. Really helpful to have a high chair and cot too. The location is in a private area so quiet and a lovely private beach. However there isn’t much around within walking distance so you definitely need a car to explore further afield. We had a great time and would love to come back if we’re in Cyprus again.

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Cyprus. I actually wanted to extend but unfortunately there was another booking. More than anything the host was extremely generous and helpful so I would recommend this place to anyone considering staying at any of these properties. Almost all of the place is new so the kitchen, bedroom and fixtures. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea. Great natural light, breezy, clean and a mostly more sophisticated decor, which is often not seen elsewhere in Cyprus. Perfect setup for popping into the sea first thing in the morning and last thing at sunset. Highly recommended and I am not one to dole out compliments frequently!

Very nice apartment super close to the beach and to the center, amazing restaurants around it and very easy to reach by bus from the airport. Would definitely go back there

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

An incredible place by the sea, with a private access to it. Quite and well located, not far from big hotels, yet none of their nuisances. Nice beach coffee places close-by and a good restaurant. The windows of the appartment give on to the back of the building, and the terrace is on its side (you have a view to the sea, it's quiet)... all of this is ok, given the very reasonable price. The appartment was extremely clean upon arrival, plus a bottle of wine : thank you!

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

Giovannis was a great host. Very helpful and always responded swiftly. We had a great time in Cyprus the apartment has everything that u will need even, the location is very nice, the view is very pretty and it’s 10 min walk from the sea! I highly recommend Giovannis’ place

Lovely quiet apartment. Hire car delivered to the complex and returned to airport. Lovely Taverna in the village and well stocked little supermarket. Petra and Bernhard were perfect hosts with brilliant prompt communication. Was great having Keith on site to answer any questions. Will miss hearing the sheep and goats passing by the fields at the back!

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. When i return back to Cyprus I am definitely re booking here again. —— THE POOL IS AMAZING —— Thank you for everything and we will see you guys again soon :)

Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold i villaen din Chris - rett og slett et drøm av et hus - et sydhavsparadis! Huset og stedet gir en følelse av luksus. Det er et stort og delikat uteområdet, nydelig basseng og beliggende rett ved stranden. Wow! Fire damer - så fornøyde. Moderne, funksjonelt og stilig innvendig - og nydelig ute. Sittegrupper, sofagruppe, stort spisebord og en kan veksle mellom sol og skygge. Våkne opp og legge oss til lyden av bølger og en følelse av privat strand. Vi følte at dette er magisk - en oase. Chris er veldig hjelpsom og svarer raskt på det vi lurer på. Chris hadde gjentatte ganger påpekt at det var en stor fordel å ha bil. Vi burde ha hørt på Chris. Det er få eller ingen taxi som kjører til området. Det ble en annen ferie da vi leide bil. Mulighet til å besøke nærliggende restauranter i eks Kiti og se oss rundt. Foody fungerte forøvrig godt til bestilling av mat. Tusen takk for et strålende opphold i villaen din Chris - vi kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!!

Nous avons séjournes 4 nuits avec mes 2 enfants dans l’appartement, conforme à la description, très bon emplacement. Vraiment top, nous avons profites également de la piscine! Je vous conseille d’y séjourner quelques jours, Marta est très gentille et accueillante.

Chris was a great host! His instructions were very clear and he gave great recommendations for Larnaca. The place was very clean and has a great view. We had a great time.

Nous avons trouvé un lieu et des hôtes tels que décrits dans tous les commentaires concernant cette location. Tout y est pensé pour un super accueil, dans les moindres détails, un petit cadeau d'accueil, un réfrigérateur avec de la nourriture pour notre premier repas, très propre et avec un jeu de serviettes pour changer. Nos hôtes ont répondu à toutes nos questions, très rapidement et se sont régulièrement intéressées à notre bien être pour savoir si nous n'avions besoin de rien. Gros plus pour nous, les vélos que nous avons beaucoup utilisé. Je recommande vivement cette location, merci à Militsa et Angeliki pour leur accueil.

We had a great time at this accommodation. The building is in a very convenient location being opposite the beach, above many eating places, there is a intercity bus & airport bus stop a couple of minutes away along the beach front & its near to Larnaca sites like to the castle and church of Lazarus. The accommodation was comfortable for our 2 week stay. It has a large double bedroom & smaller twin bed room both with en suite. The living room though small was adequate for our needs with a settee, TV, small kitchenette area and balcony. The view from the balcony is of the city and the sun shines onto the balcony after midday. Joe was very responsive to an internet glitch and always got back to us quickly.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

Small space for a couple of guests, good location if you are traveling around the country, many restaurants and inns nearby. Thank you for your stay!

Great apartment in an awesome location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets! The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Looking forward to coming back🙂!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. It's located right on the beach and the balcony provides a great place to enjoy the view. There are a few mini-markets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walking. There's also a bus station near the house that can be used to get to Larnaka, the Lidl supermarket or other places. Maria was very friendly and responsive whenever we had queries. Overall I would recommend this place.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
