Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Larnaca Bay

Convenient and quiet location, close to the sea, friendly host. The appts were clean, but the furniture is quite old and because of this, one gets the impression that the room is not very clean. In general, we liked everything.

Ev şehrin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok keyifli bir avluya sahip ve sessizdi. Evin olanakları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tarihi bir ev olması ve güzel dekorasyonu evi daha da keyifli kılıyor. Evin önünde araca park yeri rahatlıkla bulabildim. Okan Bey’in ev sahipliği esnekliği kibarlığı ilgisi ve verdiği tavsiyeler de Kıbrıs deneyimimizi daha da güzel kıldı. The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was nowhere near enough, I could have stayed forever! Everything was perfect, from check in until check out. Andrews met us personally to show us the way to the way to and around the house, as well as provided an extensive list of recommendations/tips of what we can do during our stay. The fridge was also stocked with beer, water and juice and we also had home made halloumi bread which was such a nice touch. I can't fault anything, we spent the majority of our time outside soaking in the beautiful views surrounding the pool. Words can't describe how beautiful this home is. The location is also great as you have peace, views and tranquility all around you, but also have all the essentials such as a 24 hour shop, supermarket, restaurants etc. I wholeheartedly recommend Juniper Mountain Retreat, Iook forward to returning in the future. Thank you Andreas for such a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

We gingen met 6 vriendinnen naar Cyprus en hadden een geweldige tijd in het huis van Andreas. Het ziet er supermooi uit, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is heel erg comfortabel. Het zwembad en tuin heeft heel de dag door zon, maar er zijn ook zeker voldoende schaduwmogelijkheden. Een van de beste Airbnb ervaringen die ik al heb gehad!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr schön, gut gepflegt, sehr sauber, beste Lage direkt am Strand und sehr ruhig. Alles nötige war vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war das Bett mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze und sogar orthopädische Kissen standen zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viel Zeit auf dem Balkon sowie am Strand, was vor allem von Einheimische besucht wird, verbracht. Es gibt sehr gute Lokale in der Gegend, zu Fuẞ erreichbar wo man zu fairen Preisen gut essen kann. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen um die Insel zu erkunden und die Lage war dafür sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Elif lief reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

לא הגענו לבסוף לקפריסין, נאלצנו לבטל עקב המצב בישראל. המארחים היו מלאי הבנה, ובאו לקראתנו בצורה מעוררת השראה. בני אדם מעל לכל. המארחת הגיבה במהירות לכל הודעה, תמיד בצורה נעימה, וניסתה למלא את כל בקשותינו. אם אמצא את עצמי בקפריסין, ברור לי שארצה להתארח שם ולא במקום אחר. מומלץ בחום!

Communication from Alexandros was great throughout our stay and he sent a list of local recommendations which was very helpful. The apartment was bright and clean and the balcony catches the sun in the morning. Location was also great - right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants on our doorstep. Alexandros was also flexible with our check which was very convenient. Overall we absolutely loved our stay!

Der Gastgeber, Herr Tasos, ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und jederzeit bereit zu helfen, es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit ihm trotz der Sprachbarrieren. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, es ist sehr hell, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand von Finnikoudes und der historischen Gegend von Larnaka, auch ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei mit allem, was Sie brauchen, wie zum Beispiel hat eine Theke von Salaten, Wraps, Sandwiches und heiße und kalte Getränke. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, den Marktplatz (samstags kommen die Bauern, um ihre Produkte zu verkaufen) und den Busbahnhof, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung von Herrn Tasos ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

I had a great stay at Georgia’s place. From the moment I arrived, it felt welcoming—I was given the keys and a helpful rundown of the area, including where to eat, shop, and find the beach. I needed a blender for shakes, and they gladly provided one. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, with mostly everything I needed to cook, and everything needed to work remotely. The location was central to downtown Larnaca, and the lovely host living upstairs added a warm, local touch. Georgia also checked in regularly to make sure I was doing well. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Paula’s place is absolutely beautiful - lovely apartment building overlooking a quiet street less than 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the square. The place is in pristine condition, excellent AC and facilities provided were all top notch. As a host Paula was so accommodating, friendly and highly communicative she guided us from the airport using the very easy public transport system and was attentive to all queries. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Paula!

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber – sowohl das Badezimmer als auch die Küche, in der es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm, und der Strand ist schnell und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die freundliche und reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin – alles hat perfekt geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
