Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Larnaca Bay

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Convenient and quiet location, close to the sea, friendly host. The appts were clean, but the furniture is quite old and because of this, one gets the impression that the room is not very clean. In general, we liked everything.

Ev şehrin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok keyifli bir avluya sahip ve sessizdi. Evin olanakları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tarihi bir ev olması ve güzel dekorasyonu evi daha da keyifli kılıyor. Evin önünde araca park yeri rahatlıkla bulabildim. Okan Bey’in ev sahipliği esnekliği kibarlığı ilgisi ve verdiği tavsiyeler de Kıbrıs deneyimimizi daha da güzel kıldı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Magusa’ya tekrar dönmeyi ve Okan Bey’in evinde kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette petite oasis de fraîcheur, situé dans la région de vignobles. Le lieu a vraiment un charme incroyable, Andreas est un hôte particulièrement accueillant et sympathique, et tout était réuni pour faire de notre séjour un moment unique. La maison en pierre garde la fraîcheur lors des journées chaudes, et la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment magnifique. Un grand merci Andreas !

The house was great and has a wonderful view.

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

We had a great stay there. Super clean , functional, comfortable beds, spacious. The best location in Larnaca, everywhere on foot. The host is very helpful, responds immediately. I would be back for sure.

The apartment was exactly as described – beautiful and well-maintained. We loved to spend time at the huge balcony. Our workation here was fantastic. Our only recommendation for future guests is to rent a car, which makes exploring the rest of the island very convenient.

מיקום מעולה במרכז וקרוב לחוף הים. קבלת הפנים הייתה אישית, חמה מאוד וישר נתנה הרגשה טובה ובייתית. הדירה מרווחת, נעימה ומכילה את כל מה שצריך לשהייה מהנה. נראה אפילו יותר טוב מאשר בתמונות. למרות שהמקום מרכזי הרחוב שקט יחסית למרכז. אך מידי פעם יש קצת רעש מהרחוב שחודר פנימה. לא מפריע לרוב אלא אם כן אתם רגישים לרעש. אני ממליץ מאוד על הדירה לחופשה נעימה נוחה בלרנקה.

We stayed at Polivios’ apartment for just a few days, but we absolutely loved it! Every room has air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable — especially in the warm Cypriot weather. For those who care — there’s Netflix, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen — perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to explore the area in depth, but we’re already planning to come back and will definitely try to stay at Polivios’ place again. Highly recommended — the apartment truly feels like a home away from home!

Super goed verblijf, schoon en op loopafstand van het centrum van Larnaca. Vriendelijke host met duidelijke instructies voor het in- en uitchecken. Het was geweldig!

We currently stayed at this apartment and absolutely loved it! It was one of the best AirBNBs we stayed in. The Flat was very clean and spotless. It was super cozy and comfy. The Host even offered some utensils like toothbrushes and had a lot of things you could need for the stay. The communication was super fast and friendly. Check-in and Check-out was super easy with clear instructions. There are a few parking spots in the street in front of the house, which you could use. All in all: if you look for an apartment for your stay in Lanarca, we would absolutely recommend staying here

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The apartment was wonderful with all the comforts—you truly felt at home. The decoration was unique and creative! The host was welcoming and available for anything we needed.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Bien placé à seulement quelques pas de finikoudes, cet appartement est rénové avec goût. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine ouverte sur le salon est agréable et nous avons apprécié les attentions de Camille comme par exemple la machine à pop-corn avec les grains de maïs...de petites choses qui font cependant la différence ! Nous reviendrons !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber – sowohl das Badezimmer als auch die Küche, in der es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm, und der Strand ist schnell und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die freundliche und reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin – alles hat perfekt geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

I would really recommend this place to stay. It's in the center, close to the beach. Comfortable self check-in, great contact with the managment, they helped me with the taxi at night. Apartment is very unique, clean and well-equiped for a long stay. I would come back next time.
