Family-friendly holiday rentals in Larnaca Bay

door de hoeveelheid spulletjes in het huis ben je eerst gedesoriënteerd, maar later maakt dat het huis huiselijk. de keuken is goed geoutilleerd, als je wat ruimte maakt om te kunnen koken. Mooie courtyard die je wel moet delen helaas, maar wel een heel fijn klein balkon hoor de avond.

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. The place looks even better than the photos. Nicolas and his mother was a great hosts and helped us with everything you needed. we definitely would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Nikolas

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

Kaum zu glauben aber die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die ganze Skyline. Die Villa ist ein perfekter Spot für den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber gewesen. Lediglich das Sofa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen etwas eigenartigen Geruch. Ein funktionstüchtiger Grill wäre auch schön gewesen. Dennoch empfehlen wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We stayed for few months. The owner and her daughter are really nice and always ready to help with any issue. It is cheaper acommodation so you can’t expect luxury there, apartment is spacious though. All the issues we had were promtly resolved. It is few minutes from the promenade/beach and it has everything for day to day life nearby. I can definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the host was easy and clear, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The flat is in a quiet area, ideal for getting a good night’s rest, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. While it could have been more thoroughly cleaned, the overall comfort and accurate listing made for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for having us!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Perfect getaway in the mountains. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are wonderful and the location is perfect for exploring the mountain of Troodos.

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

הילה הייתה ממש יפה ומרווחת כמו בתמונות, יאניס ואשתו היו מאוד מזמינים ועזרו לנו בכל שאלה ובקשה שהייתה לנו. החיסרון היחיד הוא שהמיקום קצת מרוחק, אין סופרמרקט קרוב ויש שתי מסעדות במרחק 10-15 דקות הליכה, ולכן כדאי להגיע עם רכב.

Huzurlu ve keyifli konaklama 🌅 Manzara gerçekten etkileyiciydi; sabah uyanıp pencereye bakmak günümüze sakin ve güzel bir başlangıç yaptı. Ev sahibi iletişimde hızlı ve nazikti. Ev, ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi sade ve düzenli şekilde sunuyordu. Temizlik çok iyiydi ve genel atmosfer oldukça konforluydu. Rahat bir deneyimdi, teşekkürler! Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

חמישה לילות שהינו בוילה כריסטינה ,שלושת ילדי ,חברה ואני ,חמישה בוגרים סה"כ. הוילה התאימה לנו בול לאופי המשפחתי שלנו ומייד הרגשנו בבית. המטבח מאובזר במיוחד ,השירותים נקיים מאוד ,החדרים נוחים והמצעים והמגבות מריחים טוב. הבריכה היא פינוק אמיתי ,לא היה יום שלא נכנסנו לתוכה וחוף הים היה נפלא. כל הבית היה מתוחזק מאוד ושום דבר לא היה חסר ,עד הפרט הקטן ביותר כמו שנאי לחשמל. הוראות מדויקות מאוד לכניסה ויציאה מהנכס וכל שאלה שהיתה לנו נענתה מיידית עי כריסטינה. אם אתם ללא רכב ,כמו שאנחנו היינו ,תוכלו לבקש מכריסטינה את מספר הטלפון של ג'ורג ,נהג מונית מנוסה שעשה לנו את החופשה לטובה בהרבה.יש לו אנגלית מצוינת וידע הסטורי וכללי נרחב.לגורג יש מונית גדולה. ללא ספק אמליץ לחברי על וילה כריסטינה.חופשה רגועה,משפחתית מושלמת.

It's a very spacious appartment and close enough to the boulevard for fun, but far away enough to not too much noise. Instructions were super clear! We also had a very late check-out and that was possible. That gave us another full day to enjoy Larnaca which was super! Thanks Natalia!

Unser Aufenthalt in Vounie war fantastisch. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und von dort lässt sich (mit dem Auto) alles gut erreichen. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Auto und brauchten dieses auch, da die Gassen in Vouni ultra schmal aber wunderhübsch sind. Carolines Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Küche war optimal zum Kochen und die Bäder sind hochwertig und super sauber. Das Haus selbst ist alt und von außen original. Eine Mischung aus Stein und Holz. Obwohl sehr hellhörig eine der schönsten Immobilien auf unseren bisherigen Reisen. Sollten wir wieder nach Zypern kommen würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Caroline bleiben. Vielen Dank auch an Andy, der uns vor Ort begrüßt hat und auch schöne Empfehlungen für die Umgebung hatte. Wer nach einem romantisch, verspielten Rückzugsort sucht, einfach buchen und genießen. Z mieszkania jest przepiękny widok na wschody słońca <3 Mieszkanie jest czyste i posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia :) Kontakt z właścicielem jest super :) Z mieszkania jest wszędzie blisko, czy to nad morze na wschód słońca albo nad słone jezioro gdzie w styczniu zimują flamingi :) Bardzo polecam tego gospodarza :) <3
