Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Increíble lugar! Realmente agradezco que anfitriones con semejante lugar y valor histórico abran sus puertas y nos regalen la oportunidad de alojarnos en un espacio único y con todo los detalles y tan gran hospitalidad y esfuerzo para que ese momento sea único para cada huésped que albergan…. Agustin's listing is as shown in the picture. The apartment is located facing the back of the building which is good to reduce any noise from the street (which meant I heard no noise). The location is in the middle of the very active and pleasant "Lomitas" area, with many great restaurants nearby (especially the fantastic ice cream place diagonally across from Augustin's apartment building). The apartment had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.

Excelente departamento. Cómodo, limpio y seguro. Cerca de farmacias, kioskos y sectores muy hermosos. Posible recorrer varios lugares caminando.

Stayed a week and wanted it to be longer. Hosts are top notch, so personable, communicative, and clear in their expectations and instructions. Extremely careful attention to important details as well: kitchen thoroughly supports cooking meals, bathroom is far more luxurious than I expected, areas for sitting are charming and comfortable, bed was warm and supportive, and all appliances were modern and worked perfectly. Furthermore the neighborhood has a diversity of excellent grocery stores, and of course places to eat and shop. Finally, this apartment is priced above my usual budget, and I would stay gain without hesitation as it is without a doubt worth it.

Nestled neatly in between San Telmo overlooking the canals and Puerto Madero, a very choice neighborhood full of government buildings and completely safe. Sunrises in the distance over Rio de la Plata will be missed when you leave. This apartment is new (everything works wonderfully) and in a doorman building. Segundo is precisely what you hope for in a host, always available without ever imposing. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Everything was amazing. Fernando made every recommendation and it was all great. I would definitely return.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

What a great place to stay with an amazing location!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Gente que anfitrião incrível ! Pessoa alto astral prestativo, gentil e muito gente boa . Tivemos o prazer de conhecê-lo pois ele faz questão de nos recepcionar. Explicou tudo e deu várias indicações sobre restaurantes , lugares e observações do que poderia ser perigo em alguns lugares depois de certo horário. Pessoas que se importa com seu bem estar realmente diferenciado. Parabéns Gabriel pelo hospedagem incrível ! Deus abençoe vc😊.

Todo excelente, el dpto muy bonito, igual a las fotos, excelente ubicación, tranquilo tanto de día como de noche, Marcelo excelente anfitrión, siempre pendiente, nos recibió con unas botellitas de agua y café, nos daba info sobre distintos lugares para, comer, desayunar etc..Muchas gracias por todo y seguramente volveremos.
