Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The style of the apartment alternates between loft and cozy farm house: Open living area with steal kitchen, tasteful bathroom, bedroom with space for Yoga and meditation. Mi Kyung und Bert sind tolle Gastgeber! Ein feines Maß an Privatsphäre und netten Küchenschwätzchen. Die Küche ist übrigens sehr gut ausgestattet, das eigene Bad ist toll und für mich als Badewannenliebhaberin einfach herrlich 👌 Würde jederzeit und gerne wiederkommen! Das Zimmer ist groß genug für 2 Personen. Ich bin alleine gereist und hatte super viel Platz. Bert hat alle wichtigen und nützlichen Infos geteilt und ist jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Lage hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen - Bus und U-Bahn, Bergmannkiez, Curry36, Café, Parks,...alles da!

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! Das Zimmer bei Ulrike ist ruhig und angenehm geräumig. Das Bett war bequem, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Gegend am Bergmannkiez ist der Hammer. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It has character, was comfy and very clean. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs which was fine for us. The best thing about our experience was our introduction from the neighbour/ cleaner. Columbine gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home. Thanks for a nice stay.
