We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

My colleague had a very pleasant accommodation .The house was great , clean and comfortable .Most important the host was kind and very helpful .I would gladly visit again this house , i totally recommend it .

The place was very nice and Simone responded very quickly to my messages. The bikes are a nice extra, making the center easier to get to. The apartment is also close by a nice park and supermarket. in general a very clean and nice place to stay!

Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and pleasant living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that is something that is already understood.

We stayed there for a week with two kids. The house is huge and there is enough space for everyone. It is well equipped and there are also various things for children. The location of the house is good, there is shopping in the village or larger then in the neighboring village. In the radius of 25-30 minutes you have reached a lot. Various zoos, lakes, amusement parks and business opportunities are within a short drive. Communication with the owner as well as with the host was always hassle-free. We enjoyed it all.

Diny was a very welcoming and kind host. The house was large and included a big indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, a two person sauna and a well equipped kitchen! We found the place to be very clean & the pillows were very comfortable!

We had the most amazing stay at Nicols. We were 2 families with 4 children under 9. There was lots of toys and activities such as a trampoline and swing to keep the kids entertained while the adults relaxed in view in the the beautiful sunroom. There was plenty of room for 2 families and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The town if Overloon is an easy 10 minute walk away and has a good supermarket, some lovely restaurants, an ice cream parlour and a couple of bars. The house is located right beside a lovely zoo and there are many family friendly amenities in the area. I would certainly recommend Nicols beautiful home!

I had a great stay in Eindhoven! Anna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place to relax. I would definitely recommend Anna’s.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Robert's place on St. Annastraat Nijmegen. This unique dwelling is very spacious with high ceilings and is artfully styled. The two level apartment is full of light, and is peaceful with friendly neighbors, a great kitchen with lovely large dining table and a delightfully private enclosed patio garden. The dedicated workspace was a great bonus. The bed upstairs is comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of closet space to unpack and store belongings. We really appreciated the thoughtful intentionality and soul in the design and decor. It felt very much like someone's much-loved home & therefore made us feel very comfortable in Nijmegen. Thank you Robert and big gratitude to neighbor Mary-Ann who was so kind and helpful to us during our stay.

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you
