Bob was an amazing host! He built his lil resort from scratch and that place was absolutely beautiful. I had great conversations with him and he was soooo nice to me and my family. 10000% recommended!! Will visit again soon

This property is amazing. A little far from the main city, but you get a quieter and more chill environment, away from the traffic jams and the city rush, it’s a really nice property. Loved it. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful place , surrounded by mountains. The bed was comfy, the view was amazing. Loved the bamboo taps, and appreciated the food- vegetarian on request- and the helpful directions when we got lost. Highly recommend! Thankyou so much

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

这是一栋非常舒适的房子，四间卧室和三间浴室的设计非常适合一家人或者朋友一起出行入住。房子的空间非常宽敞，装修简约又温馨，让人一走进来就有回家的感觉。 楼下有一间带独立卫生间的卧室，对长辈或者行动不便的人来说非常方便。楼上有三间卧室，其中两间共用一个卫生间，主卧带有独立浴室，非常适合家庭成员之间保持一定的私密性。 社区环境也很棒，有24小时安保，让人住得很安心。还有一个小型健身房和半个篮球场，早晚运动一下很舒服。 整体来说，这是一次非常满意的住宿体验，房东也非常热情、细心，入住过程顺利无比。下次来一定还会再住这里！

前有稻田背靠小溪的可愛小屋，未抵達前有點擔心會不會在田中央，前不著村後不著店的。但其實就在大馬路轉個彎就到了，附近也有7-11和一些小吃店。實際位置也就在機場/baan kang wat方向再往南一些，距離清邁老城鬧區也不算太遙遠，有開車很方便，還可以沿路看看觀光區外當地人的真實生活景色！ Host是台灣人，溝通上完全無障礙，線上提供了很多協助。空間乾淨簡單又有很多喜歡的小細節，沙發上一眼愛上想偷走的老布 😆 草席上矮矮的小茶几一角放上藤籃和茶具，窗邊木桌上整套手沖咖啡工具加上小巧音響，音響對於獨居旅客降低空曠黑暗的恐懼幫助極大，還有不知道該怎麼說就覺得配置很好的燈光設計！ 基本配置很貼心完整，親膚乾淨的床組和好睡的枕頭，露台的小廚房也有烤箱/微波爐及廚具可自行使用，這次一個人旅行時間也不充足沒有使用到，若是團體旅行感覺夜晚一起在露台吃火鍋或喝酒一定很棒。 獨旅女子準備了啤酒和餅乾，在客廳放著音樂享受了放鬆舒適的一晚，有機會一定還要來！

中国人的清迈小区，吃好喝好，帮忙找的车子又好还便宜，同行的朋友都说好！

入住时间2024年12月22日-28日 带妈妈和孩子一起来的 用google map按这个地址导航直接可以到。 JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand 位置在郊区，适合自己开车去。打车也可以，早高峰的时候需要多叫几次，提前30-40分钟叫车会好一些，这里特别适合需要比较安静环境的人，其实哪也不用去，就住在这里就很放松，其实当时有些邻居就是这样的。 这里的负责人村长大叔是当地人，特别真诚、热情、善良，虽然听不懂英语，但是会准备翻译机，也建议大家手机里自己下一个翻译软件，在泰国非常有用。苹果手机用自带的就可以，我用的就是这个。 房子非常漂亮，和照片一样，village里有一个小的公共游泳池，水不深，最后一天，中午马上退房了才带孩子玩儿了一会儿，刚下水有点儿凉，完全下去后就一点也不凉了，而且也有阳光，拍照也很好看。 虽然没见过房东本人，但是沟通很顺畅，响应也很快，是个值得去住的好地方。 亲自验证，没有踩坑，值得推荐。 Check-in time was from December 22nd to 28th, 2024. The location is in the suburbs, so it's suitable to drive by yourself. Taking a taxi is also okay, but you may need to call several times during the morning rush hour. It's better to call a taxi 30 to 40 minutes in advance. This place is especially suitable for people who need a relatively quiet environment.

我和我的家人在wasteland度过了非常愉快的15天。 整个园区非常美丽、安静，有很多户外桌椅可供使用。虽然由于这段时间降温我们没有使用游泳池，但每天在园区里散步都很惬意。 值得额外赞美的是管家noom非常热情友好，有求必应，像个万能的超人，我们车的电瓶没电了他甚至帮助我们把车电瓶启动了。 尽管没有厨房，我们带了简单的炊具，附近就有当地的农贸市集，蔬菜水果都非常新鲜便宜，我们也跟noom借到了电饭煲给我的小宝宝做了米饭🍚 房主回应速度非常快，甚至深夜都在线。我非常开心能从wasteland开始我的清迈旅程，这里离南奔非常近，在这里居住期间可以去南奔逛哈利奔猜寺、去Judy’s喝咖啡，还可以泡私汤温泉。 园区外面的稻田也非常美丽，建议入住时可以去散步，万能的noom有空时也会愿意骑摩托车带你去玩。

A nice little place just outside of chiangmai. We enjoy our stay very much. The pool is refreshing and the openness to look out in field is relaxing. It located just off the road so you can hear the traffic. It was not a busy road so it’s not a real issue.The host is super friendly and responsive. A perfect place for what we needed! Will recommend!

Pichet is the great host. His house is better than the photos. I have the whole house including farm. The kids enjoyed playing with animals so much. I strongly recommend and would come here again.

je recommande vivement ce logement. Bob a été un hôte génial, vraiment super. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a prêté une moto puisqu’il a dû nous changer pour un logement plus petit mais sincèrement, cela nous a bien aidé. Ce logement est super pour être proche de la ville et des randonnées en même temps. l’endroit est super mignon, les chiens aussi. Merci encore pour ce séjour super Bob !
