Beautiful place , surrounded by mountains. The bed was comfy, the view was amazing. Loved the bamboo taps, and appreciated the food- vegetarian on request- and the helpful directions when we got lost. Highly recommend! Thankyou so much

Luxury Spring Festival by the Ping River - Unforgettable Tour of Chiangmai Villa In the Spring Festival of 2025, I traveled to Chiang Mai with 18 of my family and spent a 10 day dream vacation at Tina's villa.This villa, hidden by the Ping River, is like a world away from the world, quiet and beautiful, and we just stepped in and reveled in it. This is a residence on the Ping River, containing a four-room single-family villa and three separate pool rooms with a gym, yoga table and theater room, with separate tea house and family showroom, huge dining and living room, spacious and bright, easily seating 16 - 18 people.Everyone sits together, tastings, and travel insights.In the yard, the pool is sparkling, and the trail next to the table is unique. In the afternoon, sit at the table, breeze, watch the light and shadow in the pool, and feel the oil. The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

We tried the Chombua house. What to say except that our stay was too short. We would have liked to stay a few more days as the house and the environment are pleasant, and our hosts, Finn and Lek, considerate and very friendly. We highly recommend this address for anyone who, in addition to Chiang Mai, wants to experience the surrounding countryside. One thing is for sure, we'll be back very soon. Olivier & Ann - Koh Samui

It was a super pleasant experience. Perfect villa with exquisite views. The host helped us move in smoothly. Introducing local specialty restaurants. Also help us to contact all matters regarding car rental. Next time I come to Chiang Mai I definitely hope to have the opportunity to stay in this villa Again.

Very cool experience with Lada and Malee. It’s a pretty chill place. We had a nice clean comfortable room. The hosts picked us up and also sent us back to town. They also helped arrange our activities and took greeeaaat photos all along! Everything is beyond our expectations. Would love to come back again.

They give you a feeling from Family and they Always listen and Take care about your needs. The Place is Full of happiness. You can relax in the big Resort with the Pool, the River, a Yoga Place and a lot More. We definitely come again.

The stay with Lada was amazing! The location was great. We had great access to everything we wanted to do. She also assisted in helping us arrange all transfers and tours. Lada and Malee were wonderful hosts. They arranged all of our activities for us and the transportation including a private elephant feeding at the property. They were both so kind and went above and beyond to take care of us and all of their guests. Even though our flight came in quite late, Lada came and picked us up and stopped by the market so we could pick up snacks. I would recommend booking your tours through them as they have knowledge as to which ones will give you the best experience at a reasonable cost. They created a beautiful trip for our group.

My stay at Regal Eagle Guesthouse - Thai House and Garden in San Pa Tong, Chiang Mai, was truly exceptional. The garden, adorned with vibrant flowers, fruit trees, and swaying palm trees, provided a tranquil backdrop, making mornings particularly delightful. The accommodation was both spacious and comfortable. The two-bedroom house featured simple yet cozy bedrooms, a clean and functional kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities, and a bathroom that was both tidy and practical. The living area opened up to a terrace with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and garden views. Allan, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. His passion for golfing and Muay Thai added a unique touch to the experience. Allan's local knowledge was invaluable, assisting in organizing trips and excursions that showcased the best

We booked very last minute (same day) so it is not a big deal but we didn’t hear from Erik at all and we’re not sure how check in would work. It is easy to check in, it is ran similarly to a hotel. The river is a really nice community, very friendly people and has a lovely coffee shop and pool right on the property.
