Een heel gezellig huisje met een charmant tuintje. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om Parijs met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken. Een echte aanrader!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

La maison est sublime, fonctionnelle et chaleureuse, et tous les services sont au delà de ce que nous attendions. Nous étions toutes d’accord pour dire que la maison était mieux en vrai qu’en photo ! Séjour incroyable !

Très bon petit séjour en famille . Hôte très accueillant, souriant et sympathique. Proposition de jacuzzi, piscine et tour en jeep afin de faire un tour à travers la forêt. Charmante petite maison isolé du regard des autres mais pas loin des hôtes en cas de problèmes ce qui est très bien . Possibilité de se balader et d’aller à la rencontre des chèvres et des chevaux ce qui a rendu en joie notre fille de 3 ans. Possibilité de faire ses courses pas très loin et à côté de certains lieux sympa à faire. Cathédrale de Beauvais / parc saint Paul … Nous recommandons ce petit lieu de charme et de calme . Nous souhaitons bonne continuation à Philippe et sa famille et plein de belles choses .

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Abolutely loved our stay here. so close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. plenty of restaurants close by too.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Sophie ist wirklich die charmanteste, einfühlsamste Vermieterin die man sich denken kann. Extrem hilfsbereit, sehr viele Tipps auch abseits des typischen Tourismus. Die Wohnung ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung hat einen Vintageflair. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sophie reagiert auch extrem schnell (defekter Wasserkocher u.24Std später war ein neuer da). Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick ist das Highlight! Leider mussten wir wegen eines Unfalls die Wohnung nach 3 Tagen verlassen. Auch hier war Sophie sehr hilfsbereit. Ein ganz ganz dickes Dankeschön für die sehr gute Betreuung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - wenn auch nicht dieses Jahr. Und auf jeden Fall buchen wir die Wohnung von Sophie. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Liebe Sophie ich kann dir gar nicht genug danken für deine Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Deine Ladys aus Hamburg:-)

Wonderful place and very helpful and quick to respond host. The only problem we had was with the WiFi, when we asked the host and looked online both said it was on the box. Despite looking for a long period of time we were never able to locate the WiFi box which was frustrating.

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Alles bestens👍. Super zentrales, ruhiges und großes Apartment in Paris. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles Notwendige. Verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markhalle, Bäcker etc. alles vorhanden. Fred ist ein sympathischer und proaktiver Gastgeber. Wir können Fred und sein Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön und entsprechend der Bilder und Beschreibung. Nathalie war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

Wir haben uns in der Wohung wohlgefühlt. Sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffee usw. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Hinterhof u die Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine, eingemauerte Terrasse. Praktisch fanden wir, dass es in der Straße zahlreiche Bäcker oder kl. Lebensmittelläden gibt. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, in ein paar Minuten ist man damit am Place de la Republique. Wir haben alle Touren mit dem Rad gemacht, hat sehr gut funktioniert, da in Paris überall Radwege installiert sind.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette belle maison la semaine dernière. La maison était charmante, bien équipée, et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour une escapade reposante. Mais le vrai coup de cœur, c’était le jardin — paisible, avec de superbes arbres, parfait pour se détendre en pleine nature. Notre chien a adoré aussi — il vivait comme un roi, courant partout et profitant de chaque instant. C’est l’endroit idéal pour s’éloigner du bruit de la ville et se reconnecter avec la nature. Jean-Philippe, est incroyablement gentil, accueillant et attentionné. On sent qu’il tient vraiment à ce que ses invités se sentent bien. On a hâte d’y revenir — très bientôt, j’espère ! Je recommande vivement ce petit coin de paradis à tous ceux qui cherchent calme, charme et authenticité.

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in Alexandrines Appartement. Es ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Das Disneyland ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Zentrum von Paris mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. TOP! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊👍

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !

Nous avons fait une halte de 2 nuits chez Françoise sur la route du retour des vacances et avons été ravis. Hôte très agréable, attentionnée et discrète. Elle nous a proposé de s’occuper de notre lessive, la machine ne se trouvant pas dans le logement. À notre arrivée, jus d’orange au frais et brioche nous attendaient, une délicate attention ! Le logement était propre, confortable et bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement et d’autant plus si vous avez un séjour au parc Disneyland de prévu (logement à 10min du parc en voiture). À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver du jus d’orange dans le frigo et une délicieuse brioche — de petites attentions très appréciées. Le logement était impeccable, confortable et très bien situé. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !
