This place is really good. If you need quiet and private space, but still want some convenience of modern city life in Bangkok, this place is good. MRT is located at walkable distance. Park is also near to walk to. Bird is friendly. She gave me all the useful local information.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was very well kept, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is super convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the Pink Line Chaeng Wattana-Pak Kret 28 station, which made getting around the city really easy. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door for any quick snacks or essentials, and Central Chaengwattana shopping mall is only about an 8-minute walk away. The mall has plenty of food options, so I never had to worry about where to eat. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent, comfy apartment, about 12 mins walk to ISB. If you are attending an event at the school, it's a great option for accommodation as the area is quite residential. The apartment was clean and comfortable and really well stocked with snacks, teas & coffee machine, shampoo & toiletries (even complimentary sunscreen!). The host was incredibly responsive and the home is well labelled for details like wifi code, how to use appliances, etc. It has 2 comfy beds and would sleep a family of 3 or 4 nicely. Not much to do in the area if you are not going for ISB events or visiting people part of the nearby community.

The location is also good, close to the mall, close to the local market, and easy to access food. The important thing is that it is close to the MRT pink line, which is convenient for accessing the city center and suburbs. Beautiful little apartment in Bang Sue area, the check in and check out process were easy and very well described. Apartment is nice, very private and isolate from others. I also like the gym and pool a lot, gym is small but it’s never crowded so you can do your thing. 7-eleven is right in front of building. All listed amenities been included so it was very good stay for me.

Super convenient to get in town which is close to Sam Yaek Bang Yai, loved having drinks machine called Tao bin, 7-11 machine and washing and dry machine on the ground floor. Very friendly and kind host. I was also offered for late check out.

We stayed for a tennis tournament.Clean and safe apartment.Tennis courts, restaurants, massages and supermarkets are all within walking distance.The host is very friendly and quick to answer questions. I'd love to stay next time.

it was my first time booking in an Airbnb, and and this was such a great experience. I stayed at this place for a month, the place is so close to the MRT, the local night market nearby is extremely good. I did not have to cook anything. the host is extremely friendly, helpful and always responsive. the apartment is quiet, the swimming pool is clean, all the necessary amenities are within the apartment block. I had a wonderful time at this place, and I strongly recommend this place to anyone..

Though the apartment might seem small it is actually nice and cozy with a great view on a cityscape right from where you sleep and with all the essentials you might need in place. The location is great as different transportation means and a couple of malls are available nearby. Nie and her father were very responsive and our requests were addressed in a timely manner. A quiet and cozy place for your rest or work. The MRT station is 30 seconds walk from you 😅 I'm shocked. I am very happy with my stay here!

Pros: Very homey, lovely, quiet neighbourhood, BTS is a stone throw away. House owner prepared food and drinks for the stay! The staff at the ground floor is very helpful and welcoming. Would defo recommend for others to stay! Downside: the building is kinda old with only one toilet and one shower (only a problem if you’re staying with a group of friends), not so clean (roaches found due to recent pipes cleaning & some food leftover at the couch fold). House owner immediately responds to the feedback and offer helps
