This is my holiday house, built in 2017. Sun drenched in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. Heated/Cooled by heat pumps x 3 and a wood burner. Wood fired Hot Tub (extra charge). The ideal get away! Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do! Close to the centre of Wanaka (5 minute drive/10-20min walk and just a few minutes to the lake, Lismore park is across the road for frisbee golf.. and world class mountain bike tracks almost on your doorstep. Our Cute Tiny House

Comfy ,cozy and well insulated, compact tiny house , separate to our house The tiny house sits on a trailer . It is built with sips panels (Structurally insulated panels) , with double glazing , so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer and has plenty of choices of heating or cooling. On the back of the tiny house is a deck , on which you can enjoy a cold drink. The nearby trees loose their leaves in winter which allows the sun to shine in and they provide shade in the summer

Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).
