Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Titicaca

Luis, Antonia et leurs enfants nous ont accueillis à bras ouverts ! Nous avons vraiment fait partie de la famille lors de notre séjour. Très bons moments partagés ! Le logement est au bord du lac, Llachon est un petit village qui vous permet de vous plonger dans la vie péruvienne typique. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour. Merci encore Luis et Antonia !

Un km hors du centre. Logement agréable. Un effort a été fait sur la présentation par rapport à ce qu’on a vu jsq maintenant en Bolivie. C’était très agréable. Possibilité de manger le midi/soir avec pas mal de choix

Quedarse en la casa de Maryluz y Henry ha sido una experiencia hermosa. Conozco bien Amantaní y siempre disfruto de la hospitalidad de su gente, pero en este caso hubo varios detalles que hicieron la diferencia: una vista increíble al lago, unas habitaciones bellas, agua caliente (algo que se agradece mucho en la isla) y, sobre todo, unos anfitriones de gran calidad humana. La comida estuvo muy rica, y Henry además tiene excelentes consejos para visitar la isla, encontrar rutas y descubrir lugares escondidos. Una estadía que recomiendo totalmente.

Le séjour chez Lucy a Puno fût un moment incroyable, nous avons pu profiter de notre chambre mais aussi des espaces communs pleinement. Tout était super propre, l'eau était bien chaude, le lit très confortable, la cuisine spacieuse. Proche des commerces et restaurants du centre. Mais ce qui a rendu cette expérience formidable c'est la générosité et la gentillesse de Lucy et de sa famille. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons pu profiter ensemble d'un repas dans une superbe ambiance. Je recommande fortement de séjourner chez Lucy si vous êtes de passage a Puno.

Nos quedamos muy contentos! El Sr. Celso, quien nos recibió, fue siempre muy amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos llevó a conocer la isla y nos contó muchas historias del lugar y la gente de ahí. La casa de Celso queda en Ocosuyo, que es una comunidad dentro de la isla de Amantaní. Para llegar hay que atravesar toda la isla a pie desde el puerto, aproximadamente 1 hora, pero las vistas lo valen, (o puedes tomar una moto lineal). Celso nos esperó en el puerto, y nos permitió decidir la forma de llegar a la casa. Por cierto, la comida es deliciosa, y es preparada por la esposa de Celso, la Sra. Norma. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos con ellos si regresamos a Amantaní.

Oliver est un super hôte, il est venu nous récupérer tout en haut de son chemin, sous la pluie, nous a préparer un bon repas alors que nous avions été bloqué sur la route et avons eu beaucoup de retard. Le lendemain il nous a déposé avec sa propre barque sur Amantani. merci Oliver.

Ursula’s place looks just like the photos and was an oasis from the evening traffic when we arrived. Ursula was super accommodating and we were able to have dinner there after a late arrival, her mom packed us a breakfast to take on our tour, and they prepared a special tea for my partner who had a travelers bug. It was so lovely at her place!

El lugar limpio y el servicio excelente. Nancy es una de las mejores anfitrionas que he tenido el gusto de conocer. Nos ayudó en todo de principio a fin.

Oswaldo’s place is beautiful! I am a traveler who likes to be completely secluded in beautiful surroundings and far away from the city and this gave me just that & more! The space is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees and birds, and the lake view from the balcony is amazing. It’s a 10 minute motor bike from amantani port, 20 sols or you can walk for an hour or so. The beds were super comfortable, it felt warm. The food was delicious, everything local which is the best part and the fresh munya tea is amazing :) Oswaldo is very friendly. Really recommend this place! Thank youu oswaldo!

Sumaq Wasi was an excellent value. The Island is for those who seek calm, and this family facilitates that greatly.

The Uros lodge is an amazing place! It is situated at the edge of Lake Titicaca, but away from the rest of the Uros community, so it is quite private. The hosts are very personable and took us on a tour of the Uros community on the other floating islands before going to the lodge...we even tagged a long to pick up their child from school which made it all the more special (quite a different school pick-up line than we'd ever seen before!). But don't expect it to be like a luxury hotel...it's more like glamping; water is carefully conserved, as is electricity. The meals are simple, but of high quality and generous portion sizes. If you want a quiet, beautiful place to relax and do as little as possible, this is the place! It was the highlight of our trip to Peru.

Oliver y su familia siempre fueron muy atentos, nos recomendaron lugares que visitar evitando la mala experiencia de lo muy turístico. La casa que tienen frente al lago es muy linda.
