Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Beautiful private cabin near Tartu

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

You find the place hidden from the main street, right on the edge of Tartu biggest park, Toomemägi (Toome Hill). The house is surrounded by two churches and it takes a short picturesque walk from Raekoja plats/Town Hall. The place is spacious, light and quiet with lots of house plants and the fireplace in the living room. You can also light candles and relax in the bath while listening vinyl record player with a selection of Estonian music. Fast WiFi (100Mbps with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz standards).

Lohjaoja holiday home is located in Lahemaa, surrounded by sea, old port, forest, stream and a lake. When booking our cozy home, you'll also have a beautiful sauna house, combined with a big terrace. In summer you can go bicycling or hiking to discover all nearby places, you can pick berries and mushrooms from the forest. In the sauna house, there’s everything available for a good barbecue. In winter you can go skiing on the sea, enjoy the sauna and jump into snow :)

If you want to you will have chance to experience traditional sauna (additional + 60 EUR, there is also outside hot tub available + 60 EUR and take a fresh swim in a clear pond next to bathhouse. The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!
