Apartment holiday rentals in Lake Ohrid

I have booked Borce's apartment for my parents, but I also had a chance to stay there few days, so I am happy to give a great review. The apartment is just beautiful, pristine clean, exquisitely furnished with great concern for details and colors (compliments to Borce's mother). Has all amenities needed for a comfortable vacation, with a nice balcony overlooking the most beautiful lake in the world. Private parking, and almost private beach. I highly recommend this apartment with greetings to Borce and his lovely family.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est très proche du lac et de restaurants.

The host was very responsive and apartment was in excellent condition, same as on pictures. PS4 is a great plus if you have kids. The beach is across the street which is very convenient. I recommend this place.

Still has one of the nicest view of the mountains from the terrace. Great to take photos and very quiet neighbourhood. Denis is always available for any query. Second time booking the place and it is still a great experience.

Antonio was an exceptuonal host, always available and eager to help with any questions or needs

The place is amazing, super near the beach. Dhurata is an amazing host - she was flexible for us to do the check in, and always quick to response if we needed anything. We really recommend this place!

Great location and friendly host, excellent value. Same price as a private hostel room but you get your own apartment. Only issue was a very noisy neighbour who played music at odd hours. But 5/5 would indeed stay again

I spent two months in this apartment because I wanted somewhere to chill and unwind after travelling all summer. The apartment is very modern and has pretty much everything you need for a long stay. I was provided with enough towels and bed sheets to run a small hotel and given plenty of toiletries too which was nice. WiFi is fast, water pressure is good, the lake is basically on your doorstep and it's really relaxing. The apartment will start to get a bit chilly as winter approaches, but there's an electric heater available (the furnace wasn't connected for my stay but I'm sure it could be if you ask). The building does have a lift but you need the special fob on the key to activate it so your first trip up to the sixth floor might be tough! I didn't get to meet Erion (self check-in) but he was great and always available to help; very quick with responses, especially when I had one or two minor issues (which were resolved very quickly). The only minor negative was that the building had a two-week period in the middle of my stay where it suffered from regular power-cuts, probably due to some construction nearby. 100% would stay here again if I come back to Pogradec, especially in the summer, where Pogradec will probably be a bit more lively :)

Everything was perfect, we could not find the keycard when we arrived but after 5 mins the owner showed up to show us the room and give us the key card. City in walking distance. Nice flat with a lot of space, a balcony and a well equiped kitchen. I would definitely recommend it! :)

Ime apartmana apsolutno odgovara,pogled iz sobe i balkona je predivan! Smještaj se nalazi u hotelu i nalazi se blizu Starog grada. Svakako preporučam ovo mjesto. Ispijanje kafe na balkonu sa pogledom na cjelo jezero i grad,sa plažama u blizini...savršeno!!

Perfect place to stay in Pogradec. The flat was in the main road with a great view of lake from balcony. Very clean also. Lots of space inside. In overall highly recommended.

Genta est une hôte adorable qui se soucie de votre bien-être. Elle n’a pas hésité à prendre de son temps pour nous emmener à la plage la plus proche. Tout était parfait. Le logement est bien situé, confortable et propre. Tout est fidèle à la description ! Je recommande vivement !

What a place to stay! The location could not be any better- staying in Old town itself where EVERYTHING was walkable was amazing. There is a bench on your doorstep where you can enjoy the best views of Lake ohrid whilst having your morning coffee. The accommodation was perfect for a few nights stay- very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Great location, in the centre of the town, lovely hosts,( we met Natasha, who offered her help with everything we could possibly need for a great stay), place was clean and cozy, small pretty garden, quiet and perfect for morning coffee, we totally reccomend!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich von Naja, Alf und Naja`s Mutter, die eine Etage im Haus bewohnt, in Empfang genommen. Wir erhielten eine Führung durch das Apartment und uns wurde alles Wichtige erklärt. Im Apartment haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt; es bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, inklusive zwei Balkone :-) Auf dem einen haben wir gerne unseren Morgenkaffe getrunken. Auch unsere beiden Teenagersöhne waren begeistert (auch von der PS3). Das Apartment liegt fußläufig zum See, vielen Restaurants und Cafés, auch die Altstadt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen; ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, so daß man dem Trubel der Hochsaison am See und in der Altstadt jederzeit gut entfliehen kann. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Ohrid sehr genossen und waren sehr glücklich mit unseren Gastgebern und dem Apartment. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank nochmal und liebe Grüsse aus Berlin

We had a wonderful stay at Francois'. The location was perfect. We walked along the lake almost every day. It's also very close to an entrance to the national park, so there were some great hikes we started right from the apartment. Inside the apartment it was comfortable and modern. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, along with a variety of interesting kitchen gadgets we enjoyed trying out. The apartment is located on a quiet street, not near any loud bars, so it was very quiet and relaxing. But it's also just a couple of minutes walk to a bunch of restaurants. So, best of both worlds. Francois was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. And we appreciated that he gave us a ride to the bus station when we left. Something we weren't expecting. We'd definitely recommend this apartment. Francois was a great host, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Clean & Tidy Apartment Ideal for Family Good Location

Alexander is a nice and friendly host. He keeps in touch and answers quickly. The accommodation isn't located in Old City but it's not so far from the touristic area. So, you can see the usual life of Ohrid people and have a rest.

The apartment is bright, clean, and close to the lake. It is cool even in the height of summer, and has everything you will need and more. Petar speaks perfect English and was available to give advice or recommendations whenever we asked. The whole family are very walm and welcoming and made us feel completely at home. We hope we can return in the future!
