Colorado Surf Condo is a 3 bedroom two bath condo on the ground floor of Villa Rio Dulce bldg at gated community of Hacienda Iguana. Our community has a spectacular 1.75 mile beach that has 2 surf breaks: world renown "Colorado", right in front of our condo and "Panga Drops" which is a 15 minute walk down the beach. A 45 second walk from our patio takes you to the Beach Club which has a bar, pool and restaurant and is right in front of the Colorado break for great views of the surfing.

The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and restorative stay; hot water, full water pressure, AC, etc. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks (3500L) so it's not usually affected by the water outages that happen.
