Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Memphremagog

Staying at Gail's place was a treat. I came durring the off-season which was quiet and peaceful. Most of the resort area is closed outside winter and summer but there is a small market open during the day for convieniences. It's also a short drive away from many small towns. Standouts were Stowe and Waterbury which were wonderful to visit. There are so many trails to checkout in the area. Hiking up the mountain just outside the apartment is great and has an amazing view at sunset. Camels hump and various trails in the notch were awesome. It was even close enough where I took a day trip into the White Mountains. I stayed for 27 days. Durring the week I work remotely. The internet was enough for large conference calls with video during the day and I had no issues. In the evening there is a noticible slowdown. The Wifi is shared throughout the resort. The kitchen was easy to work with. And when you open the balcony door there is a small stream that offers fantastic white noise.

Great place. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Place was homey and very clean. Loved the location - quiet but right in town, local restaurants within walking distance. Lots of little extras that made it feel very comfortable and put a smile our faces. Thank you.

It’s a great stay and convenient to travel to other places via transit. The staff here are really nice and patient to support us during our stay. Will come back next time!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique condo. Bien situé avec une superbe vue sur le lac Memphrémagog et le Mont Orford!

* good location - you can see the Notre Dame Basilica from the lounge room window. (note: it is in the Old Port though, so there’s always construction in the area). * 2 bedrooms is a plus - it allowed for separate sleeping areas. * air conditioning was nice - it kept the place cool on hotter days. * kitchen was stocked with basic items to prepare meals - you just need to supplement with oils etc. * bathtub was a nice feature - it allowed for a soak after long days.

Our family had a great time at the Topnotch Resorts. The unit was cozy and clean with everything we needed. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer to throw in the ski clothes from the day. The indoor pool and hot tub facility was beautiful with fresh towels available and and a family changing area. The outdoor pool and hot tub were also awesome with a view of the mountains in the background. Kelly at the front desk was a complete pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and went above and beyond to help us and made sure our stay was amazing. We will be back!

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Carl's place was wonderful. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was also great and Carl went completely out of his way to be sure we could use the fireplace. And he even dropped off extra newspapers etc to help us start the fire! Thank you for a great stay. Oh and there's a beautiful view of Stowe through an open field - sadly we didn't get to see this until the very last day but it was spectacular!

Just awesome. Slopeside access, close to Tram Side and right on Grammy Jay which was easy for the littles to get the day started on the way to the double. When it was cold (once) we used the fireplace and the condo warms up quickly. Plenty of hot water. A near perfect stay. Fantastic!

The unit was cozy, well equipped and clean. The neighborhood and building are pretty quiet. We didn't use the gym or rooftop patio but they both looked nice. Lots of weights in the gym. There is some construction on the sidewalks and the street but it was still easy to get around. Vendome metro station is a short bus ride away. The bus stops a couple of short blocks from the property. We had a car but chose public transportation for most of our trip. The hosts are very responsive.

Amazing time!!! Perfect place!! Would definitely stay again!!! We love this area!!!

Super séjour dans la maison de Kim! Idéal pour les groupe et/ou familles qui visitent la région pour un tournoi sportif par exemple, car c'est une excellente solution de rechange aux hôtels. La maison est située dans un quartier tranquille et très central, à distance de marche des restos, pubs, bar, etc., et à courte distance d'auto d'autres commodités comme épiceries, pharmacies, etc. L'immense cuisine (et ses deux réfrigérateurs!) est hyper pratique pour cuisiner et manger en groupe. Tout est neuf et très propre! Kim a répondu rapidement aux questions que nous avions et toutes les instructions et indications étaient claires et utiles. Nous y retournerons certainement si l'occasion de présente de nouveau!

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

Liz was a fantastic host & the house was exactly what we expected. We were there for a rainy long weekend, the house offered so many different things to do so we were never bored! Liz was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed her. Highly recommend staying at this house! Knockout in the indoor court and ping pong were a couple of our weekend highlights. Also, our kiddo loved this house for hide and seek! Just an overall fun weekend thanks to a great space & helpful host.

Samantha and Chris's place was a perfect spot for a Smugglers Notch getaway! it's a beautiful home, perfect for a family of 4. Even in cold temperatures( at -5F and lower) with lots of snow, the place was cozy warm with the wood burning furnace (clean and devoid of smoke) as well a propane heater downstairs. Literally 2 turns from the slopes of a great family ski mountain! But the views and location of the property were amazing for those wanting to do other things than ski. Samantha was responsive and an excellent communicator. I have to throw in that everything in their kitchen was in excellent condition (every appliance) including sharp functional chef knives (an uncommon phenomenon for a renter) Thank you Samantha and Chris! Sharing your home with us was a touch- stone of great new family memories!

This place was very nice - new, modern, and had everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, entertain, and keep occupied. My family (me, husband, and 3 kids under age 9) stayed here for a couple of nights. The location was great - lots to do in the area, and not too far from Burlington and Montpelier. The kids really loved the bunk bed and the games provided, and enjoyed having a large space to play in while we were there. The modern features were really nice for our taste, having an EV charger was very convenient, and the view out the back was great. The hosts and manager were all very friendly, helpful, and proactive in making sure we had all the information we needed and in answering any questions we had, and helped make us feel at home in the place. At the time we stayed there the street was still being built up and the road wasn’t paved, which is the only thing resembling a complaint we could come up with.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the new hampshire mountains with good weather and fantastic riverside beautiful location. Good space with amenities and would love to go back sometime!

Home away from home! Susan was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and communicated quickly. This home was perfect for our group of 6 and it was extremely cozy! This was our first time in Vermont and it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. If you looking for a pleasant place to stay with amazing views, look no further than this adorable Airbnb! We skied in Stowe, toured the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream factory down the road and enjoyed some live music at the ZenBarn. I would highly recommend this property! We hope to visit again soon :)
