Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Lugano

First, about the location of the apartment – it’s just a two-minute walk from Milan Central Train Station, very easy to find. There’s also a luggage storage spot right across the street from the accommodation, which is super convenient. The apartment is cozy and very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of utensils and seasonings, which made it easy for us to cook something ourselves, especially with a child. There are two bathrooms, which I really liked, and they even prepared thoughtful items like cotton swabs and makeup pads — such a considerate touch. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby, so eating out or buying things is very convenient. Communication with the whole team was quick and efficient, and they were all very friendly. If I have the chance to come to Milan again, I would definitely choose them again!

Alice's place is exactly like the photos! It's in a central and nice part of the city. She is very responsive. We highly recommend her!

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, sehr neu und toll ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einem neuen Haus, alles ist sehr gut gepflegt. Das Schwimmbad und das Fitnessstudio waren sauber und auf dem neusten Stand. Klimaanlage, Be- und Entlüftung, alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Weinkühlschrank war in der Wohnung. Eine einbruchsichere Tür und ein Portier am Tag runden das Angebot ab. Wir waren rundum Zufrieden. Vielen Dank an Sandro und sein Team für die professionelle Betreuung. Das einzige was zu erwähnen ist, was aber kein Mangel war, durch die Be- und Entlüftung war immer ein leises Geräusch zu vernehmen. Wenn jemand empfindlich ist, so wie wir, kann dies ein wenig stören. Aber wir leben auf dem Land und sind sowieso geräuschempfindlich. Wir würden beim nächsten Mailand Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Carmen. Das Zimmer war toll und hatte alles, was man brauchte - sogar Tipps zum Wandern und Essen gab es. Bei Fragen war Carmen schnell und super hilfsbereit. Und weil das nicht genug war, gab es noch einen idyllischen Pool und jede Menge Hilfe und Unterstützung bei Anfragen oder Sonderwünschen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier und danken Carmen für ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Fantastic stay! A beautiful modern & clean apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at 12 Giuseppe Compagnoni in Milan. The location was amazing — in a quiet, elegant neighborhood but still close to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Davide, the manager, welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we felt at home right away. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would absolutely return and highly recommend it!

Great place to stay. The place is equipped with all the amenities, nice kitchen, good size toilet and comfortable sleeping place. Got nice terrace to have a meal or drink. Tiziana is a very good host. Location is near to tram as described. Near to a lot of supermarkets and shops.

La casa di Romina é bella, ben organizzata, pulita, comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno. Romina é stata molto disponibile, pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste e reattiva. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio; la stazione del treno per raggiungere il centro di Milano é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi; a pochi passi ci sono bar, supermercati, pasticcerie e panifici. Super consigliato!

Appartement incroyable : grand, spacieux et très chaleureux. On s’y sent tout de suite bien ! Le quartier est super agréable, avec un Carrefour à 8 minutes à pied et une station de métro à seulement 5 minutes. Je recommande à 100 % !

Amien made our stay easy at the check-in/out, thanks a lot to Amein he is really nice and honest man helped us a lot at our stay and made it the greatest week for us. l'appartamento di Isabella è particolare e delizioso, a tema Alice nel paese delle meraviglie.. ADORABILE! È stata una gradita sorpresa per mia figlia di 15 anni e io più felice di lei! Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Silviu and his friend are very nice, caring and helpful. communication with them was great :DI highly recommend staying at Silviu apartment, everyone will be well looked after and will feel safe. There is a place for a car and bikes, which is a great advantage for those traveling with their own bikes. Highly recommended 😇

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick 🫶🏼🤩. Es gab mehrere Wohlfühl-Plätze zur Erholung am Haus, sodass man diesen großartigen Ausblick auch in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit sehr passenden Extras für die Lage. Die Ausstattung war super (gab sogar drei verschiedene Kopfkissen zur Auswahl pro Person). Herzlicher persönlicher Empfang. Viele Tipps. Immer sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Kommunikation. Der Pool mit Außendusche ist ein Highlight. Er ist sogar etwas beheizt, durch Solarzellen auf dem Dach. Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück. Vermieter sind im Haus nebenan. Die Grundstücke sind getrennt voneinander eingezäunt, sodass sich der Hund frei bewegen kann. Alles wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für ein Frauenwochenende in Locarno und sind begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit zwei Sitzplätzen hat man immer Sonne, wenn man möchte. Die Lage ist super, ruhig aber sehr nah (zu Fuss) an der Piazza Grande, dem Lido, dem See und den ÖV Haltestellen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, flexibel, und man spürt, dass dieses Haus eine Herzensangelegenheit ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🩷

One of the highlights was the private pool, which our grandson absolutely adored. It provided endless hours of fun and relaxation. Upon our arrival, we were touched by the generous welcome basket thoughtfully prepared by the host. It included essential staples, fresh fruits, and nuts—exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. This gesture made us feel immediately cared for and at home. What truly set this experience apart was the host himself. Not only was he kind and attentive, but he also went above and beyond by personally offering us a tour of Bellagio and the surrounding Lake Como area. Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
