Great location! Very accommodating host!

Everything about Efkan’s place was perfect. It was a beautiful flat in a wonderful location; the views from the rooftop terraces were spectacular. Efkan could not have been more helpful in welcoming us upon arrival and assisting us throughout our stay - he regularly contacted us to check that everything was okay and gave us some excellent restaurant and cafe recommendations. On one occasion we requested an additional tea towel - a brand new tea towel was delivered to the door within ten minutes! Check in and check out were amazingly smooth. All in all, Efkan’s place is a terrific home in which to relax and from which to explore the magic of Istanbul.

It was an amazing place—super close to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean, and very comfy. The living room was small, but we didn’t mind much. They were super helpful with everything. I’d say it’s manageable with 4 people, but if there are more, one bathroom might not be feasible. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay near Galata Tower! The location was even more perfect than we had hoped for, the view was gorgeous, the space was clean and we felt like home the entire time. Neriman was extremely helpful and kind and we would definitely recommend her place to others/hope to come back! Thanks so much!

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
