"Alegria" dreamy views in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We've found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we've discovered that those who arrive in love fall even more in love, we've discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but usually leave even happier.

The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. When found on the "Circuito Chico" you are a few km from places of incredible beauty: - Distance from Cerro Campanario ( the seventh best view of the world! ) : 2 km - Distance from Swiss Colony: 5 km - Distance to View Point: 3 km - San Pedro Peninsula Distance: 4 km - Distance to Cerro Catedral: 20 km If you do not have own transportation, there is public transport of passengers 20 minutes walking distance from the house and a bike rental is 20 minutes walking distance. It's a story house, a dream come true! I can't write in words everything beautiful about the place and the house, the view is second to none! The house had everything we needed and more, super warm. Everything is spotless. It's a place that is clearly made with love and passion. It is very private and safe, we enter by vehicle and it is close to downtown. Entering the place is film. Everything is very beautiful, we are in love. Marcia very kindly allowed us to stay a few more hours of check out. We are super grateful and happy for those dreamy days that we live in that house!! Vicky is an excellent person. Super attentive, kind and willing to resolve any inconvenience. The house is beautiful, the views are incredible, it is spacious, it is super well equipped. We didn't want to leave... it felt like being at home. To get there, there is a somewhat complicated mud road with several wells, but beyond that, it is a dream. I would definitely come back. This house is a total beauty!

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and even better. We are a family of 4 and were more than comfortable. Some more people could be accommodated without problems. Carlos always responded quickly and the three minor needs we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend this property and would definitely come back.
